★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrema falta de respeito com os idosos, minha mãe tem 73 anos e ficou uma hora e meia esperando lata ser atendida. Onde já se viu, em plena pandemia ter que ficar todo esse tempo esperando, e eu só não pude desmarcar pq os exames dela deram alterados e não podia fazer nada. Falta de respeito
 Extremely disrespectful to the elderly, my mother is 73 years old and spent an hour and a half waiting to be served. Where it was seen, in the middle of a pandemic, I had to wait all this time, and I just couldn't uncheck it because her exams changed and there was nothing I could do. Lack of respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não atendem o telefone no setor de agendamento , sem falar que as recepcionista são despreparadas para atendimento ao cliente, você começa a falar e elas te interrompe não deixando você concluiro assunto e vai logo falando que não dá para fazer, quando você consegue terminar de falar ai elas resolve sério problema com a supervisão.
Quanto ao médicos são excelentes, atenciosa , humanos , ótimos profissionais.
Uma sugestão a empresa deveria dar treinamento aos atendentes
Lousy service, they don't answer the phone in the scheduling sector, not to mention that the receptionists are unprepared for customer service, you start talking and they interrupt you by not letting you conclude the matter and go on saying that you can't do it, when you can finish talking then they solve a serious problem with supervision.
As for the doctors, they are excellent, attentive, human, great professionals.
One suggestion the company should provide training to attendants

Atendimento telefônico precário e relação de médicos volátil, pois muda constantemente. É como ser atendido por plantonista, você inicia o tratamento com um médico e quando precisa retornar, o profissional já não está mais lá.
Terrible and getting worse every day.
Poor phone service and volatile physician list, as it changes constantly. It's like being seen by a doctor on duty, you start treatment with a doctor and when you need to return, the professional is no longer there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha! Paga_se caro , pouquíssimas escolhas para geriatra, que suponho seja a especialidade mais procurada, pois há muitos idosos no convênio. E, toda vez que ligo na clínica para informações e marcar exame para minha sogra ninguém atende, em horário nenhum! Aí vou lá para marcar pessoalmente, toca o telefone enquanto a recepcionista me atende no balcão e ela me deixa esperando e vai atender o telefone ! Dá pra acreditar num absurdo desses!!!
A shame! Pay_se dear, very few choices for geriatricians, which I suppose is the most sought after specialty, as there are many seniors in the health insurance. And, every time I call the clinic for information and schedule an exam for my mother-in-law, no one answers, at any time! Then I go there to make an appointment in person, the phone rings while the receptionist attends me at the counter and she leaves me waiting and will answer the phone! You can believe such nonsense!!!

Agendou uma consulta para 15:30 com cardiologista, chegamos as 15:00 para adiantar tudo o que podíamos porque ela não está se sentindo bem! Deu 16:20 ela não tinha sido atendida ainda, quando chegou sua vez chamaram outra pessoa que chegou depois dela.
Ainda liguei lá para reagendar e informar do acontecido, a recepcionista informou que ela estava agendada para 16:00!! Sendo que estávamos com a mensagem na mão com a confirmação do horário de 15:30!
Muito chateada com o descaso e a forma que foi tratado pós ocorrido!

Extremely disappointed! My 8 MONTHS pregnant sister! She scheduled an appointment for 15:30 with a cardiologist, we arrived at 15:00 to advance everything we could because she is not feeling well! Gave 16:20 she had not been answered yet, when her turn came they called another person who arrived after her.
I still called there to reschedule and inform what happened, the receptionist informed that she was scheduled for 16:00!! Since we had the message in hand with the confirmation of the time of 15:30!
Very upset with the neglect and the way it was treated after it happened!
Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clinica é maravilhosa, atendimento rápido, profissionais excelentes e as recepcionistas muito educadas, nunca tive nenhum problema nesses últimos dois anos e meio que tenho ido até lá.
This clinic is wonderful, quick service, excellent professionals and very polite receptionists, I have never had any problems in the last two and a half years I have been there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tive um ótimo atendimento na clínica, mas de uns dias pra cá, estou em um teste de paciência, já faz duas semanas que tento agendar uma consulta por telefone e ninguém atende, e não importa qual horário.
Infelizmente é uma decepção, pois pagamos caro em um convênio pra ficar horas plantado em um telefone esperando ser atendido!!!
I've always had great service at the clinic, but for a few days now, I've been on a test of patience, I've been trying to schedule an appointment over the phone for two weeks and no one answers, and it doesn't matter what time.
Unfortunately, it's a disappointment, because we pay dearly in an agreement to spend hours planted on a phone waiting to be answered!!!
