★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel tem uma localização excelente, próximo de vários comércios, do museu, da feirinha, o quarto todo organizado, limpo, gostei muito pq tem umas peças antigas, vintage, que deu todo um charme e a Carol que nos recebeu com muita cordialidade e carisma. Com certeza vamos voltar!
 The hotel has an excellent location, close to several shops, the museum, the fair, the room is all organized, clean, I really liked it because it has some old, vintage pieces, which gave it all a charm and Carol who received us with great cordiality and charisma We will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto extremamente sujo, toalhas nojentas e sem papel no banheiro. O banheiro cheio de pelos... Um filme de terror. Muito nojento! Fiquei 4 horas e não quiseram devolver meu dinheiro! Um absurdo! Fora o barulho e a falta de educação das pessoas, muito barulho dentro dos quartos.
Extremely dirty room, disgusting towels and no paper in the bathroom. The furry bathroom... A horror movie. Very nasty! I stayed 4 hours and they didn't want to give my money back! An absurdity! Apart from the noise and the lack of politeness of the people, a lot of noise inside the rooms.

Esqueci uma blusa no hotel dia 15/04 já liguei várias vezes, mandei mensagem e nada, ninguém sabe de nada a blusa esta lá porque um funcionário me mandou a foto da blusa e nada até hoje, a desorganização é gritante. Um entra e sai surreal. Não indico de forma alguma. Funcionaria Ana Carolina grossa, desliga o telefone na cara da gente e não resolve nada.
Extremely disorganized, no administration. I forgot a blouse at the hotel on the 15/04th I've called several times, sent a message and nothing, no one knows anything the blouse is there because an employee sent me a photo of the blouse and nothing until today, the disorganization is blatant. One enters and leaves surreal. I do not recommend at all. Ana Carolina would be rude, she hangs up the phone in front of us and doesn't solve anything.

Fui tomar banho e o chuveirinho escapou, não conseguia encaixar, eta curto demais. Enxarcou o banheiro e o quarto.
Não havia papel higiênico.
A TV de tubo (horrível), só fazia barulho a imagem péssima.
Travesseiros sujos e fedidos.
Cortina do box do banheiro de plástico, tudo embolorado.
Paredes do quarto embolorado.
Preferia ter dormido no carro.
Por fora parece bonito, mas por dentro uma tortura.
Para o banho você ganha uma toalha ralinha e 1 sabonete fedido.
Não recomendo para o meu pior inimigo.
Terrible hotel.
I went to take a shower and the shower head escaped, I couldn't fit it, it's too short. It soaked the bathroom and bedroom.
There was no toilet paper.
The tube TV (horrible), only made noise and the bad picture.
Dirty, smelly pillows.
Plastic shower curtain, all moldy.
Moldy bedroom walls.
I'd rather have slept in the car.
On the outside it looks beautiful, but on the inside it's torture.
For the bath you get a thin towel and 1 stinky soap.
I don't recommend it to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel residencial lá ville Ipiranga, fiquei triste com sua atitude.
Fui deixar um hóspede no hotel (cliente da empresa).
O cliente foi para quarto, eu fiquei na recepção e fui pagando 4 dias de hospedagem.
Assim que efetuei o pagamento o meu cliente voltou dizendo que não ficaria no hotel pq quarto era escuro e apertado, o atentende mostrou outro quarto, também não gostou!
Pedi para atendende fazer estorno do cartão. Ele me informou que não tinha acesso a essa função. que no dia seguinte o escritório iria fazer estorno.
Estorno esse que não aconteceu.
Fizeram um pix na minha conta de 3 diárias, acabei pagando uma diária sem usar.
Não tinha feito nem reserva, passei naquele momento e fomos conhecer o hotel. Mas infelizmente aconteceu isso.
Pagar por uma coisa que não usei. Teria ido embora!!!?
Fiquem atento com esse hotel.
Vou para pequena causa atrás dos meus direitos ?

Hotel residential there Ville Ipiranga, I was sad with your attitude.
I went to leave a guest at the hotel (company customer).
The customer went to the room, I stayed at the front desk and was paying 4 days of lodging.
As soon as I made the payment my client came back saying that I would not stay at the hotel because room was dark and tight, the attentende showed another room, also did not like it!
I asked for attendinde to make the card reversal. He informed me that he had no access to this function. that the next day the office would make a chargeback.
Reversing the one that did not happen.
They made a pix in my 3 daily account, I ended up paying a daily without using it.
I had not made any reservation, I spent at that moment and went to meet the hotel. But unfortunately this happened.
Pay for something I did not use. Would you leave !!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar na porta do quarto tinha um recado; , "Bem Vindo ao seu quarto Oliveira" Fantastica equipe! Muito engajada em nos oferecer toda atençao e atendimento. Todo decorado com itens antigos, nos remete ao passado, ventilador e banheiro com cortina de plastico, lembrou-me da casa dos meus avós. O cheirinho de café ao passar pela recepçao foi fantastico. A Lene e o Marcos logo agradaram nossas crianças que ficaram super em casa, a arrumadeira (esqueci o nome) fez cisnes com toalhas de banho para as crianças!!!! Incrivel!!! Muito aconchegante! Apos nosso check out recebemos um whats do hotel agradecendo nossa visita! Em uma selva de pedra como Sao Paulo! Recomendo! Parabens ao proprietário.
When he got to the bedroom door, he had a message; , "Welcome to your room Oliveira" Fantastic team! Very engaged in offering us all the attention and service. All decorated with old items, it reminds us of the past, fan and bathroom with plastic curtain, it reminded me of my grandparents' house. The smell of coffee when passing by the reception was fantastic. Lene and Marcos soon pleased our children who were super at home, the housekeeper (I forgot her name) made swans with bath towels for the children!!!! Incredible!!! Very comfortable! After our check out we received a whats from the hotel thanking us for our visit! In a stone jungle like Sao Paulo! I recommend! Congratulations to the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hotel tem muito potencial, decorado com antiguidades, boa localização, o Wi-Fi funcionou bem e os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. Mas carece de melhorias na infraestrutura, os banheiros precisam substituir a tradicional cortina pelo box. Ter opção de quarto com ar condicionado, senti falta de um frigobar no quarto e de uma cama mais confortável. O ventilador de teto não fazia barulho e o ambiente estava limpo e organizado. A atendente Leni foi super solicita e ajudou com várias dicas.
The Hotel has a lot of potential, decorated with antiques, good location, Wi-Fi worked well and the staff were very attentive. But it lacks improvements in infrastructure, the bathrooms need to replace the traditional curtain with the shower. Having the option of an air-conditioned room, I missed a minibar in the room and a more comfortable bed. The ceiling fan made no noise and the environment was clean and organized. The attendant Leni was super helpful and helped with several tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando ao hotel, fomos super bem recebidos pela equipe. Todas as recepcionistas foram super atenciosas durante nossa estadia de 4 dias. A Carol é um amor de pessoa, super prestativa, ela se importa com os hóspedes e nos atende de pronto sempre que precisamos de algo, ainda nos deu dicas de onde poderíamos nos alimentar. O hotel é maravilhoso, todo decorado estilo meio colonial, com diversas peças de antiquário, um charme, eu simplesmente amei cada detalhe dele. O quarto em que ficamos estava muito bem limpo, roupa de banho e de cama limpos (e olha que sou muito chata com limpeza), papel higiênico de qualidade, cama grande e bem confortável. A localização é excelente, literalmente ao lado do Museu do Ipiranga e ainda conta com estacionamento gratuito.
Precisando nos hospedar em São Paulo novamente, com certeza ficaremos lá novamente. Já viajamos muito e pouquíssimas vezes saímos tão satisfeitos com a hospedagem. O hotel e a equipe estão de parabéns! ?❤️
Arriving at the hotel, we were very well received by the staff. All receptionists were super helpful during our 4 day stay. Carol is a sweetheart, super helpful, she cares about her guests and responds promptly whenever we need something, she even gave us tips on where we could eat. The hotel is wonderful, all decorated in a colonial style, with several antique pieces, a charm, I just loved every detail of it. The room we stayed in was very clean, clean towels and bedding (and I'm very annoying with cleaning), quality toilet paper, large and very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, literally next to the Ipiranga Museum and also has free parking.
Needing to stay in São Paulo again, we will definitely stay there again. We have traveled a lot and rarely have we been so satisfied with our stay. The hotel and the team are to be congratulated! ?❤️
