★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de cachet. Le patio est magnifique et les chambres hautes sous plafond sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Certains trouveront peut être l'établissement un peu vieilli mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. Petit déjeuner très correct et emplacement très central. Seul bémol : le quartier n'est pas très rassurant la nuit. On a bénéficié d'une bonne promotion donc pour le prix c'était parfait!
 Very nice hotel with a lot of character. The patio is beautiful and the rooms with high ceilings are spacious and well equipped. Some may find the establishment a bit dated, but that's what makes it so charming. Very decent breakfast and very central location. Only downside: the neighborhood is not very reassuring at night. We got a good promotion so for the price it was perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room and friendly staff. Very close to the historic center (cidade velho), the harbour and the market (ver-o-por). Only four stars because there was a small gap between the door to our room and the wall next to it making it easy for mosquitos to slip in.
