Avisei na reserva que chegaria após as 21hrs
Cheguei as 21h50...
Quando cheguei, tive a supresa! Hotel lotado, não havia mais vagas!
Ignoraram a reserva e não fizeram nada para me ajudar a encontrar outro local, tive que sair perguntando na rua onde tinha algum lugar para ficar! O atendimento deste hotel é horrível! E irresponsável!

When I arrived, I was surprised! Hotel full, there were no more vacancies!
They ignored the reservation and didn't do anything to help me find another place, I had to leave asking in the street where I had somewhere to stay! The service at this hotel is horrible! And irresponsible!

The rooms are very good, they are cleaned daily if you leave the key at the reception. A good breakfast, it just doesn't change, every day is the same. The team of professionals are exceptional, very helpful. Great location and a very good price. In other words, excellent value for money.
