★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good hotel, clean modern bedrooms, vreat breakfast included in their own restaurant, and lunch and dinner are not bad either.

2) On a tv screen, the hotel shows that man in astronaut suits clean the hotel with lots of smoke (fumigacion). It looks like the hotel is toxic.
3) The restaurant area is a large space with chairs and tables without any decoration, not on the wall nor on the floor.
4) During bfast, all the items are mono-packed in plastic. This results in a breaakfast table full of plastic. There are no items on the table to deposit (nor salt/pepper/ketchup/etc
5) Of the three elevators, just the small service elevator works (this in covid times)
6) During dinner I asked for a second beer, which I never received. There were only two tables ocupied
7) The sheet of the bed was to small for the bed, during the night it got loose
8) The coffey taste like bad machine coffey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here on July, 2020. This hotel is amazing, rooms are big, everything was clean and neat. Bath room could have been bigger. At the reception there was social distance marking for the people. Hand sanitizer was available at the entrance. Staff are well behaved and good in English. There is a restaurant and bar located inside this hotel. Both the parking and hotel are wheelchair accessible. Also this hotel is located close to the Sao Paulo international airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and bathroom culod have been cleaner. The restaurant is at best average and we were told that is not safe to go out in the evening. We stayed just one night for the airport transfer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds are not that soft, toilet is clean but the accessories are like old especially the shower heads and the sink tap. The food is okay. The staffs are very accomodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff say they would wake us up and they didn't, we almost lost the suttle. The check in took too long, we waited almost 20min and had to fill up thousands of papers with a very tired baby in my arms. We also couldn't eat breakfast because they only open at 5am (same time of the first shuttle) and don't offer an option to take it on our way to the airport. Also, the suttle car is in poor conditions and is very noisy. It was just not worthy paying that much to rest only few hours, considering that the ride ther wasn't pleasant at all (it took about 20 min to get there), the check in was the endless and we did not even had breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sent here by LATAM when they messed up our flight and we missed our connection to the States but it's a fair distance from the airport. The room was small, windows were cracked, the wifi couldn't reach to us on the 2nd floor, and it was generally not very comfortable. However, it's inexpensive and the staff is friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was fine (good orange juice). It's kind of what you'd expect to find in that price range.
