★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place. Took 40 mins to get there from airport by taxi with no traffic. Shuttle goes TO the airport but no chance hop on to the hotel. NO Internet at all!!! Staff useless. We called from Australia to book a room but once arrived there was no reservation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaning, services and breakfast are good. WiFi connection is very slow, almost imposible to use. Very good location, near to center of Guarulhos, so there's a lot of things close to hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here due to a missed flight connection. Friendly and helpful staff, airport transfer is great but the food and the hotel are pretty below average. There was a power cut all day when I was staying and the WiFi was out.
