Meu pai foi morar na casa de repouso dia 23/03/17 e dia 09/04 ele foi internado. Ele teve alta dia 19/04 e a casa nĂŁo aceitou ele de volta por que precisava passar uma sonda de alĂvio 3x ao dia ( procedimento simples que nĂłs fazemos em casa). A dona do estabelecimento alĂ©m de nĂŁo ter aceitado ele de volta, ela fez um documento em nome da minha mĂŁe ( como se ela tivesse redigido), dizendo que ela estava retirando ele da casa devido a passagem da sonda. Mentiraaaaa!!!! Fomos conversar com a dona para devolução dos 5 dias pagos e ela disse que nĂŁo ia devolver, que ia processar a minha mĂŁe e que ia cobrar mais um mĂȘs devido aos custos ( 18 dias ) que ela teve. Resumindo: ele ficou 18 dias e pagamos R$ 4.500,00. Estamos em SĂŁo Paulo, conseguimos casas de repouso mais baratas, com estrutura bemmmm melhor e eles passam a sonda de alĂvio sem problema algum. A casa de CecĂlia Ă© carĂssima e ainda por cima eles colocam muita objeção para solucionar os problemas. NĂŁo indico nem pra meu pior inimigo!!! Fui obrigada a colocar uma estrela, senĂŁo, nĂŁo conseguia comentar.

My father went to live in the nursing home on 03/23/17 and on 04/09 he was admitted. He was discharged on April 19 and the house did not accept him back because he needed to spend a relief tube 3x a day (simple procedure that we do at home). The owner of the establishment besides not having accepted him back, she made a document in my mother's name (as if she had written it), saying that she was removing him from the house due to the passage of the probe. Lying !!!! We went to talk to the owner to return the 5 paid days and she said she would not return, that she would sue my mother and that she would charge another month due to the costs (18 days) that she had. In short: he stayed 18 days and we paid R $ 4,500.00. We are in SĂŁo Paulo, we got cheaper nursing homes, with a much better structure and they pass the relief probe without any problem. CecĂlia's house is very expensive and they have a lot of objection to solve the problems. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy !!! I was forced to put a star, otherwise, I couldn't comment.
