★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood me deram 60min p esperar e quando chegou na hora de dair cancelaram meu pedido , detalhe ja eram 23h e nao tinha mais opcoes acabei dormindo c fome pedido 8410 nota zero e total falta de respeito c o cliente tanto da pastelaria como do ifood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente assíduo do pastel do Hu unidade do Bonfim.No último dia 8 de abril fiz um pedido de um pastel de carne com queijo e bacon. O pastel estava com um gosto estranho, e no outro dia fiquei com desinteria. Informei pelo ZAP o ocorrido disseram que os produtos são todos frescos mas iriam averiguar e me dar um retorno coisa que até hoje não aconteceu. Fidelizar os clientes hoje é um dos objetivos das empresas e a atenção é a chave dessa conquista fica registrado minha insatisfação
He was a regular customer of the Pastel de Hu Unidade do Bonfim. Last April 8, I placed an order for a meat pastry with cheese and bacon. The pastry tasted weird, and the other day I was disinterested. I informed ZAP of what happened. They said that the products are all fresh but they would find out and give me feedback, something that has not happened yet. Loyalty of customers today is one of the goals of companies and attention is the key to this achievement. My dissatisfaction is registered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos no local e só tinha uma mesa com pessoas. Pedimos uma pizza e suco de laranja. Se passou 1h, todas as mesas que se ocuparam após nossa chegada foram atendidas, menos a nossa. Nem o suco trouxeram. Ficamos com sede e fome. Chamávamos a única garçonete que estava servindo a mesa e ela só dizia que já ia trazer e nada. Trouxe a pizza e perguntou se queríamos comer com luva ou prato, prato n era opção pq a mesa é super pequena e a pizza ocupava todo o espaço. Não trouxe o suco pq disse que estava esperando o gelo chegar. Traz o suco que mal cabe na mesa. O camarão da pizza tinha passado do ponto e estava borrachudo, muito queijo pra uma pizza tão fina. Muito a melhorar para expandir atendimento de pastel para pizza.
We arrived at the place and there was only one table with people. We ordered a pizza and orange juice. If 1 hour passed, all the tables that were occupied after our arrival were taken care of, except ours. Not even the juice brought. We get thirsty and hungry. We called the only waitress who was serving the table and she just said she would bring it and nothing. He brought the pizza and asked if we wanted to eat it with a glove or plate, plate was not an option because the table is super small and the pizza took up all the space. I didn't bring the juice because I said I was waiting for the ice to arrive. Bring the juice that barely fits on the table. The shrimp on the pizza was overdone and was rubbery, too much cheese for such a thin pizza. Much to improve to expand service from pastel to pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pastel é bom, mas, se forem comer, preparem-se pra esperar muuuuuuuuuuuuito. Se não fosse a espera absurda, daria cinco estrelas.
The pastel is good, but if you are going to eat it, be prepared to wait a lot. If it wasn't for the absurd wait, I would give it five stars.
