★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa loja foi péssima, fui troca a aliança que ainda está na garantia e me informaram que não podia trocar pq tinha marcas de uso sendo que nem usei ela, e no dia da compra fui informado que poderia trocar dentro do prazo de 30 dias..... Péssimo atendimento das funcionárias, fizeram descaso comigo (loja do shopping parque das bandeiras).
My experience with this store was terrible, I changed the ring that is still under warranty and I was told I couldn't change it because it had marks of use and I didn't even use it, and on the day of purchase I was informed that I could change it within 30 days. days ..... Poor service from the employees, they neglected me (store at the shopping center parque das Bandeiras).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra de um par de aliança na loja prata fina do shopping bandeiras a vendedora que me atendeu não deixou claro que a aliança era de aço e muito menos que a gravação era pago somente disse que p levar as peças p gravar,minha namorada levou para gravação ao retirar fizeram uma cobrança ,pura irresponsábilidade.
I made a purchase for a pair of wedding rings at the fine silver store at the flagship store. The saleswoman who attended me did not make it clear that the wedding ring was made of steel and much less that the engraving was paid only said that p take the pieces p engrave, my girlfriend took for recording when withdrawing they made a charge, pure irresponsibility.
