Tentei me comunicar via whats app no mesm dia e nao me responderam. Um dia depois liguei e disseram que foram entregar e não tinha ninguém, nem entraram em contato comigo. Pedi para entregar novamente e disseram que não fariam. Serviço péssimo! Não recomendo para ninguém!
Terrible attendance!! I went to ask for information and I was given a value, when I called to ask it was a higher value and said they were going to deliver, no one showed up. I tried to communicate via whats app the same day and they didn't answer me. A day later I called and they said they were delivering and had no one, nor contacted me. I asked to deliver again and they said they wouldn't. Terrible service! Not recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente foi atencioso, contudo, ao receber minha madeira, a qualidade não era a que solicitei. Caibros tortos. A madeira não foi limpa como solicitei. Uma das linhas veio com defeito. Apenas justificam e não tem interesse em resolver o problema. Não indico a ninguém.
The attendant was attentive, however, when receiving my wood, the quality was not what I requested. Crooked rafters. The wood was not cleaned as I requested. One of the lines came out defective. They just justify and have no interest in solving the problem. I don't recommend it to anyone.
