★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou na fila para pegar o material há pelo menos 30 minutos ( só tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente ).
Na minha vez, estou há pelo menos 10min esperando após ser atendida para receber o material.
Tentei falar com algum responsável para dar um feedback, mas nem isso consegui. Uma não estava na sala e outra olhou pra mim e para uma funcionária que me levou até ela, falou para esperar com uma mão e saiu de perto…
Se eu poder, não voltarei mais aqui!
I've been in line to get the material for at least 30 minutes (I only had 2 people in front of me).
In my turn, I have been waiting for at least 10 minutes after being answered to receive the material.
I tried to talk to someone in charge to give feedback, but I couldn't even do that. One was not in the room and the other looked at me and an employee who took me to her, told me to wait with one hand and left the room...
If I can, I won't come back here!

Pedi ajuda de uma atendente e ao pergunta se ela estava livre a mesma me olhou com cara de pouco caso e disse q estava retornando do almoço se virou foi embora e sentou na sua mesa ??♀️. Enfim não volto.
Very bad service. The salesperson doesn't even lift a chair to clear the customer's doubts. Tirou o pedido ok, pagou até aí ok, receber a mercadoria aí quebrou vc fica um bom tempo esperando e sem falar dos marceneiros que furam a fila e a loja não faz nada !!!! Repito ótima qualidade nos produtos se for na loja vá com paciência e calma que dar certo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vi as propagandas e resolvi visitar a Loja para comprar dois itens simples, e até me surpreendi pela variedade de opções. Entretanto, o atendimento é péssimo. Ha uma funcionária que funciona como recepção, simpática e esforçada, logo na entrada da Loja, mas apesar da quantidade de vendedores a impressão que somos invisíveis. Não retorno NUNCA MAIS, se Deus me ajudar. A falta de interesse é algo cruel. Eis o perfil do comerciante bem sucedido da nossa Capital. TRISTE!!!!
