Very nice and cozy hotel. I stayed on the 7th and 29th floors, both with wonderful views of the city. Breakfast very tasty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito bom! O quarto é espaçoso e estava muito bem organizado e tem boas opções de café da manhã! Só achei o colchão duro demais, é de mola e senti falta de um pillow top pra deixar a cama mais macia!
Very good hotel! The room is spacious and very well organized and has good breakfast options! I just thought the mattress was too hard, it's spring and I missed a pillow top to make the bed softer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim funcionou muito bem este hotel! Preza pelo bom gosto nos quartos e nas áreas comuns. O quarto é confortável, tendo todos os itens que se espera de um quatro estrelas, inclusive uma confortável chaise/poltrona e mesa e cadeiras para trabalho ou refeição. O chuveiro e amenities no banheiro também são bons. No jantar, no restaurante, resolvi pedir uma porção de pastéis, que estava bem servida e saborosos, mas alguns estavam um pouco oleosos. Enfim, a estadia foi uma experiência agradável, que pretendo repetir quando retornar a Palmas!
This hotel worked very well for me! It values good taste in rooms and common areas. The room is comfortable, having all the items you would expect from a four star hotel, including a comfortable chaise/armchair and table and chairs for work or meals. The shower and amenities in the bathroom are also good. At dinner, at the restaurant, I decided to order a portion of pastries, which were well served and tasty, but some were a little oily. All in all, the stay was a pleasant experience, which I intend to repeat when I return to Palmas!

Acredito que deva faltar uma efetiva gestão da gerência, pois várias coisas deixam a desejar. Viajo pelo Brasil e mundo afora e tenho a devida propriedade para fazer esse tipo de avaliação, inclusive sendo um dos grandes colaboradores do Trip Advisor. Pago o preço devido e tenho que ter um serviço de qualidade, algo que faltou nesse Hotel. Gosto de me sentir bem em um local fora da minha cidade Rio de Janeiro, mas esse Hotel não foi o local ideal.
Despite the hotel being of good style, the general service is not cordial and the room service is terrible. I believe that an effective management of the management should be lacking, because several things leave something to be desired. I travel around Brazil and around the world and I have the right property to make this type of evaluation, including being one of the great contributors to Trip Advisor. I pay the due price and I have to have a quality service, something that was lacking in this Hotel. I like to feel good in a place outside my city Rio de Janeiro, but this Hotel was not the ideal place.
