★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Ibol no Cachambi foi excelente, tanto por parte da médica Dra.Patricia, como das atendentes. Mas o atendimento para agendar os exames através do WhatsApp foi o pior que já vi. Fiquei dois dias falando com uma maquina, a pessoa que faz esse trabalho deve brincar com o emocional das pessoas. Simplesmente irritante. Só fui para o Ibol, graças à atendente Juliane. Jurei nunca mais ir esse Ibol, se tiver que marcar via WhatsApp.
Ibol's service at Cachambi was excellent, both on the part of doctor Dr. Patricia, and the attendants. But the service to schedule exams through WhatsApp was the worst I have ever seen. I spent two days talking to a machine, the person who does this job must play with people's emotions. Simply annoying. I only went to Ibol, thanks to the attendant Juliane. I vowed never to go to that Ibol again, if I have to book via WhatsApp.

Excellent service both from the team (especially the receptionist Vanessa) and from the doctor, Dr.Renata. It's been a long time since I've been treated so well in an office. They are excellent, I highly recommend!
