★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganização. Pessoas sem treinamento. Resultado: cliente esperando por sorvete q não sabiam q era pra ser feito. Tive q lembrar q já havia pago enquanto via os funcionários parados. Produto bom, mas a loja precisa ter alguém q controle o fluxo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sabor do sorvete em si é ótimo, mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, ficar mais de 1hr esperando um sorvete ficar pronto porque claramente esqueceram do pedido (já que quem chegou depois foi atendido e eu não) é um absurdo. Aí você questiona e a atendente ainda é grosseira, diz que o funcionário está em treinamento e não tem o que fazer, ou seja, problema meu...surreal a falta de comprometimento com o cliente.
