Service at the reception very bad, the secretaries needed to serve better. The polite, attentive, humane and discreet doctor. five stars not by the team but by Dr Luciano who is a wonderful angel ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção péssimo. Apenas uma atendente, sala pequena, sem janelas e lotado. Dizem que é horário agendado, mas demora mais 3 horas pra ser atendida. O que salva é o atendimento do Dr. Luciano. Atencioso, explica tudo direitinho e mostra o procedimento.
Lousy reception service. Just an attendant, small, windowless and crowded room. They say it is scheduled time, but it takes another 3 hours to be attended. What saves is Dr. Luciano's service. Attentive, explains everything correctly and shows the procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes muito simpáticas a marcação do exame por telefone até a realização do exame, porém o médico atrasa DEMAIIIS, estava marcada as 07:15 e ele chegou 8:04 e ainda atrasou com o atendimento fiquei mais de 2hrs em espera, mas é um bom profissional .
Very friendly attendants scheduled the exam by phone until the exam was performed, but the doctor was late DEMAIIIS, it was scheduled at 7:15 am and he arrived at 8:04 am and still delayed with the service, I was on hold for more than 2 hours, but it's a good thing professional .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, a gente angeda o horário mas não resolve nada... Atrasa muito e não tem conforto, tive que aguardar do lado de fora por um tempo e no sol ainda , o atendimento do médico é o que salva a clínica. Há mais de 30 dias aguardando o resultado da punção!????
Terrible care, we schedule the time but it doesn't solve anything... It's too late and there's no comfort, I had to wait outside for a while and still in the sun, the doctor's care is what saves the clinic. There are more than 30 days waiting for the puncture result!????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumo fazer com o Dr Luciano todos os exames que compete à ele, e não me arrependo.
Ele é um profissional bastante competente e muito atencioso. Sempre explica o procedimento do exame realizado, e informa se o seu caso é passível de operação.
Existe demora pra atender sim, afinal qual é a clínica que a gente não precisa esperar pra ser atendido? Ou pra fazer algum exame? Desconheço...
Se eu pudesse daria 10 estrelas para esse profissional, e acho que vale a pena esperar pelo seu atendimento. Super recomendo!
I usually do with Dr Luciano all the exams that he is responsible for, and I don't regret it.
He is a very competent and caring professional. It always explains the procedure of the exam performed, and informs if your case is amenable to operation.
Yes, there is a delay to attend, after all, which clinic do we not have to wait to be seen? Or to take an exam? I don't know...
If I could, I would give 10 stars to this professional, and I think it's worth waiting for his service. I highly recommend!
