★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é confortável e os funcionários educados e atenciosos, porém a demora no atendimento é algo a ser urgentemente aprimorado! É inadmissivel uma grávida chegar 8h e ser atendida quase meio dia! Desumano e inaceitável para uma clinica particular.
 The space is comfortable and the staff polite and attentive, but the delay in service is something to be urgently improved! It is not permissible for a pregnant woman to arrive 8am and be attended almost half a day! Inhumane and unacceptable to a private clinic.

Maia e foi muito bem atendida pois ele explicou de uma forma tão clara e com muita calma como era o procedimento que ela vai fazer; que minha tia entendeu e saiu muito contente. A recepcionista foi muito gentil e paciente. O ambiente limpo, água, café e chá disponível; o sinal da Wi-Fi aberta... Parabéns para toda equipe da Clínica Sagrada Família
I went today (01/08/2019) to take my aunt to make an appointment with the Anesthesiologist: Dr. Plínio V. Maia and was very well attended because he explained in a way so clearly and calmly how was the procedure that goes do; that my aunt understood and left very happy. The receptionist was very kind and patient. Clean environment, water, coffee and tea available; the sign of the Wi-Fi open ... Congratulations to all the staff of the Sagrada Familia Clinic

3 semanas depois venho trazer novamente minha noiva, que está gestante, e mais uma vez nos decepcionamos com o atendimento, foram exatamente uma hora e quinze minutos o tempo que demorou do momento em que chegamos até o instante de fazer a ficha para o atendimento, sendo que outras pessoas passaram na nossa frente e nada nos foi informado ou explicado por parte dos atendentes que recolheram a documentação no momento da chegada.
Como na primeira vez, a consulta com Dr. Maurício Grijó nos recebeu bem, o atendimento dele foi ótimo e ele foi atencioso durante o a consulta, mas o pré atendimento para fazer a ficha ainda deixou a desejar.
Comfortable environment, but the delay in care is simply unfortunate, a clinic that seems to have a great quality service should at least have the basic care of a good care and agility in the processes ...

3 weeks later I come back to bring my bride, who is pregnant, and once again we were disappointed with the service, it was exactly one hour and fifteen minutes the time it took from the moment we arrived until the moment of making the appointment for the attendance, being that other people passed in front of us and nothing was informed or explained to us by the attendants who collected the documentation upon arrival.
Like the first time, the consultation with Dr. Mauricio Grijó received us well, his attendance was great and he was attentive during the consultation, but the pre-service to make the token still left to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desagradável a situação para acompanhantes e pacientes que vão fazer exames que necessitam de jejum, precisam tomar medicação prévia e tem que esperar por mais de duas horas. A clínica tem profissionais excelentes, porém essa situação de espera para o atendimento é algo que precisa de mais atenção.
The situation is unpleasant for companions and patients who are going to undergo tests that need fasting, need to take previous medication and have to wait for more than two hours. The clinic has excellent professionals, but this situation of waiting for care is something that needs more attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito, vc agenda horário e mesmo assim tem um atraso excessivo. Hoje pela segunda vez tentei atendimento e cancelei pq fiquei mais de 1 hora esperando para ser atendido. Pior que hospital púbico, vc paga pela consulta e ninguém lá te respeita. Nunca mais volto lá!!!!
Total lack of respect, you schedule time and still have an excessive delay. Today for the second time I tried to call and canceled because I stayed more than 1 hour waiting to be served. Worse than a public hospital, you pay for the consultation and no one there respects you. I'll never go back there !!!!

Primeiramente demorou quase uma hora pra uma consulta, depois ao marcar uma COLONOSCOPIA, minha mãe está a 02:30h aguardando para realizar o procedimento. Ao procurar a administradora da unidade, IARA, recebi justificativas absurdas sobre a demora dos atendimentos, afirmando ser necessário esse tempo de espera para realizar o exame, ainda tendo que ouvir que o nome já dizia “paciente”, era necessário ter paciência. O preparo do exame já é algo totalmente desconfortável, o paciente fica desde a 3 da manhã acordado para tomar medicação e evacuar e ainda tem que aguardar por 02:30h em jejum? No mínimo desrespeitoso!! São 10:00h da manhã, foi pedido que chegássemos as 07:30h e minha mãe sequer foi atendida!!!!

At least disrespectful !! It is 10:00 am, we were asked to arrive at 7:30 am and my mother was not even seen !!!!

Em 17/05/2022, tinha uma consulta com horário marcado, no Gastroenterologista Vinícius Julião. Horário da Consulta: 15hs
As 16:50 decidi cancelar a consulta devido a minha insatisfação pela demora no atendimento.
Somado a isso, o que me gerou uma certa revolta, foi que observei um paciente que estava claramente sofrendo pela espera. O paciente em questão, salvo engano de nome Edilson, aguardava o atendimento em um carro em frente o estabelecimento, pois visivelmente não tinha condições físicas de aguardar até mesmo sentado. Não sei dizer o que está acontecendo com ele, mas obviamente não tinha condição de aguardar ali, em pé como estava. A atendente o informou que ele seria atendido nos próximos 5 minutos. Esta espera se arrastou por pelo menos 15 minutos, o que gerava gritantes sinais não-verbais de desconforto no homem.
Isso me incomodou muito e decidi ir embora.
A clínica deverá rever seus protocolos e procedimentos de atendimento e espera.
Ressalto que as atendentes são muito educadas e solicitas.
Acredito que a falta de profissionalismo está partindo da equipe médica e administração.

On 05/17/2022, I had an appointment with an appointment, at the Gastroenterologist Vinícius Julião. Consultation time: 3 pm
At 16:50 I decided to cancel the appointment due to my dissatisfaction with the delay in service.
Added to this, what caused me a certain revolt was that I observed a patient who was clearly suffering from waiting. The patient in question, unless the name Edilson is mistaken, was waiting for care in a car in front of the establishment, as he was clearly not physically able to wait, even sitting down. I can't say what's going on with him, but he obviously wasn't in a position to wait there, standing as he was. The attendant informed him that he would be seen in the next 5 minutes. This wait dragged on for at least 15 minutes, which generated blatant non-verbal signs of discomfort in the man.
This bothered me a lot and I decided to leave.
The clinic should review its care and waiting protocols and procedures.
I emphasize that the attendants are very polite and solicitous.
I believe the lack of professionalism is coming from the medical staff and administration.
