A entrega e montagem foi feita exatamente na data marcada pela Marcela, e os montadores foram caprichosos, educados e muito discretos.
Logo que a montagem se encerrou, recebi uma mensagem da Karen, que não só fez o projeto e a venda, mas participou de todas as etapas, até o pós venda.
É exatamente isso que espero quando contrato um serviço. Qualidade no atendimento, em todas as etapas e preocupação genuína com o cliente. Não me arrependo de ter escolhido a Italínea Recreio, mesmo depois de ter tido orçamentos muito mais baratos. A confiança falou mais alto. E deu certo. Recomendo!

Delivery and assembly took place exactly on the date set by Marcela, and the assemblers were capricious, polite and very discreet.
As soon as the assembly was finished, I received a message from Karen, who not only did the design and sale, but participated in all stages, up to the post-sale.
That's exactly what I expect when I hire a service. Quality service, at all stages and genuine concern for the customer. I do not regret choosing Italínea Recreio, even after having much cheaper budgets. Trust spoke louder. And it worked. I recommend!
