★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a loja para realização de um home theater e o atendimento foi péssimo. Enviei medidas, imagens de ambientes desejados e fui atendido como se nada tivesse feito. Não dei seguimento sequer para conhecer os produtos.
I looked for the store for a home theater and the service was terrible. I sent measurements, images of desired environments and was treated as if nothing had been done. I didn't even follow up to know the products.

Delivery is delayed !!!. They don't even care for you after the sale. They treat you very well until they sell, then wait, sitting down. they don't care, they don't care, and they clearly change the way they treat you. If you liked the service, know that it will change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa experiência foi péssima, primeiro nos ligaram para fazer um convite de conhecer a loja e um projeto de sugestão deles (mesmo não tendo nossa solicitação) mas, decidimos conhecer, sem compromisso. A visita foi agradável, até a hora que o vendedor e gerente se juntaram para convencer-nos a fechar negócio INSISTENTEMENTE, não respeitando nossa posição, nos coagindo e deixando em posição desconfortável. Como se não bastasse essa atitude repugnante, de ser convidado para algo que nem solicitamos e ser tratado daquela maneira, saimos da loja decepcionados e nem querendo saber de idélli ou kubera ambientes planejados como nomeado aqui no google. O mais surpreendente é que ligaram pelo menos 6 vezes repetindo o convite como se nada tivesse acontecido, e TODAS as vezes pedimos para tirar nosso telefone da listagem pois nunca mais queremos contato com essa loja, mas insistem em retornar a ligação. Lamentável! PAREM DE NOS LIGAR!!!
Our experience was terrible, they first called us to make an invitation to visit the store and a project to suggest them (even if we didn't have our request) but, we decided to visit, without commitment. The visit was pleasant, until the time that the salesman and manager got together to convince us to close the deal INSISTENTLY, not respecting our position, coercing us and leaving us in an uncomfortable position. As if this disgusting attitude was not enough, of being invited to something that we didn't even ask for and being treated in that way, we left the store disappointed and not even wanting to know about idélli or kubera planned environments as named here on google. The most surprising thing is that they called at least 6 times repeating the invitation as if nothing had happened, and EVERY time we asked to remove our phone from the list because we never want to contact this store again, but insist on returning the call. Unfortunate! STOP CALLING US !!!

A loja é linda e você fica encantado.
Comprei minha cozinha planejada com eles.
Acreditem se quiser, além do atraso, erro de projeto, etc.
Entregaram a cor errada!!?
Você não leu errado. Eles instalaram a cozinha inteira e quando fui aprovar, estava a cor errada!
Assustador.
Eles trocaram a cor pra cor certa? Claro que não, mas entramos e negociação e eles ofereceram alguns itens de “cortesia” pelo erro. Acabamos aceitando pois já tinha muito estresse envolvido.
Agora o pior. Faz 8 meses que a cozinha foi entregue e esses itens “cortesia” ainda não.
Além disso, entregaram peças danificadas e as dobradiças fazem um barulho horroroso.
O resto dos meus armários vieram da Florense unidade Analia Franco, outra diferença de qualidade e de pós venda.
Fica a dica pra depois não se arrepender:)
Vou deixar fotos:
1. Do divisor de talher que prometeram de inox e não colocaram
2. Da fórmica entregue quebrada e não consertada em 8 meses
3. do acabamento deles
4. Do acabamento assustador do LED deles, acreditem se quiser, com fita crepe!

Run away from this hole!
The store is beautiful and you are delighted.
I bought my planned kitchen with them.
Believe it or not, in addition to delay, design error, etc.
They delivered the wrong color!!
You didn't read it wrong. They installed the entire kitchen and when I went to approve it, it was the wrong color!
Spooky.
Did they change the color to the right color? Of course not, but we went in and bargained and they offered some “complimentary” items for the mistake. We ended up accepting it because there was already a lot of stress involved.
Now the worst. It's been 8 months since the kitchen was delivered and these “complimentary” items still haven't been delivered.
Also, they delivered damaged parts and the hinges make a horrible noise.
The rest of my cabinets came from the Florense Analia Franco unit, another difference in quality and after sales.
Here's a tip so you don't regret it :)

2. Formica delivered broken and not fixed in 8 months
3. their finishing
4. Their scary LED finish, believe it or not, with masking tape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no pré-venda é fantástico. Depois que você fecha, começa sua dor de cabeça. Não recomendo. Quase 2 meses para virem arrumar os detalhes da instalação, tentando fazer contato todos os dias e ninguém se disponibiliza para cumprir com suas obrigações. Falta muita seriedade e respeito ao cliente.
The pre-sales service is fantastic. After you close, your headache starts. I do not recommend. Almost 2 months to come and fix the installation details, trying to make contact every day and no one is available to fulfill their obligations. Lack of seriousness and respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ assim como os demais amigos, venho compartilhar minha experiência: de fato encantador durante o processo atendimento e compra, mas o pós venda está sendo muito ruim: tenho temas pendentes para corrigir pós instalação e no dia que tinha agenda (hoje 25 de abril de 2022) com o técnico responsável, fui informado por ele mesmo que havia pedido demissão da empresa; o fato da empresa não ter entrado em contato comigo para avisar e remarcar é um total desrespeito com o consumidor
like the rest of my friends, I want to share my experience: it was really lovely during the service and purchase process, but the after-sales service is being very bad: I have pending issues to correct after installation and on the day I had an agenda (today April 25, 2022 ) with the technician in charge, I was informed by him that he had resigned from the company; the fact that the company has not contacted me to notify and reschedule is a total disrespect for the consumer
