★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novo espaço para lanches no Parque Ibirapuera. Ao me aproximar uma moça com uniforme do Ifood me abordou e perguntou se eu precisava de ajuda. Respondi gentilmente que não e a agradeci. Entretanto a mesma ficou rindo de minha resposta e zombando de mim para outra funcionária do Ifood ali presente. Bem, se chegando próximo já sou recepcionado assim, imaginei como seria o atendimento dos demais quiosque do Ifood naquele espaço reservado.. Preferi procurar outra opção de lanches e NÃO recomendo consumirem ali..
 New space for snacks in Ibirapuera Park. As I approached a girl in an Ifood uniform approached me and asked if I needed help. I kindly said no and thanked her. However, she was laughing at my answer and making fun of me to another Ifood employee present there. Well, if arriving next time I am already received like this, I imagined how the service would be at the other Ifood kiosks in that reserved space.. I preferred to look for another snack option and I DO NOT recommend eating there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma ótima ideia, deixou o passeio no parque bem mais gostoso. A roda gigante é paga, 30 por cabine, podendo ir até 4 pessoas. Pode ir animais também. Os pedidos nos restaurantes são só pelo ifood ou por toten, é bem prático!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucas opções de restaurantes. E das opções de restaurantes, tem só algumas poucas coisas no menu.
Os bancos centrais parecem mal projetados contra o sol. Também não deixa aquele ambiente de parque, nem parece que você está no Parque Ibirapuera
O espaço no gramado é muito melhor, se conseguirem se acomodar ali. Bom também para quem tem pets, para não deixar eles no asfalto quente.
O QR Code espalhado no espaço não funciona direito se você usar seu celular, precisa escanear o QR Code localizado a nos próprios restaurantes ou usar os totens do iFood sem o celular.
Precisam melhorar para continuar atraindo consumidores, do jeito que está ficará estagnado. Tem opções melhores no parque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito promocional e pouco funcional! As compras nos restaurantes somente são realizadas através do app do ifood, o que te obriga a instalar o aplicativo e cadastrar o cartão de crédito. Poucas mesas para atender a demanda do público. Uma verdadeira luta para conseguir uma mesa para comer.

All employees were great, but the infrastructure for connecting and requesting orders leaves something to be desired. The mobile data network is bad in the park, Ifood provides Wi-Fi is usually worse than the data network. Also, the request toten was a problem and where I ordered my meal I heard that the system constantly crashes.
