Deixei meu ipad para trocar a tela, e ficaria pronto no dia seguinte. Por morar longe, não podia retornar no dia seguinte e voltei 3 dias depois (depois de ligar e confirmar que estava mesmo pronto). Chegando na loja fui informada que não estava pronto porque a tela apresentou defeito e tiveram que colocar outra. Queriam que eu levasse o iPad pra casa cheio de elástico amarrado porque a cola ainda estava molhada. Não aceitei e a vendedora ficou de avaliar a possibilidade de me entregar em casa (mas a gerente retornaria no dia seguinte até o meio dia confirmando e combinando os detalhes de entrega). Claro que ninguém ligou e quando entrei em contato, informaram que não trabalham com entrega, e deveria buscar o iPad na loja em mais dois dias. Pra não ficar sem o produto, acabei indo na loja no dia informado. E adivinha? O ipad estava 'pronto' com uma sujeira preta por dentro da tela, que nunca existiu antes. Resultado do descuido em manusear o produto. Novamente não estava pronto. As opções eram aguardar 40 minutos e levar o iPad pra casa cheio de elástico e cola molhada ou aguardar 2h30 pra levar ele pronto. Dá pra acreditar? Como estava realmente precisando dele, preferi esperar e levá-lo pra casa na versão mais finalizada que eles podiam. E claro, demorou mais do que disseram e passei 3h pra finalmente levar o iPad pra casa. Não recomendo. O atendimento é péssimo e despreparado, principalmente da gerência. Que não admite as falhas e tenta te convencer que é só aquilo mesmo que dá pra fazer.
 Negligence with the client.
I left my ipad to change the screen, and it would be ready the next day. As I lived far away, I couldn't return the next day and I came back 3 days later (after calling and confirming that I was really ready). Arriving at the store I was informed that I was not ready because the screen was defective and they had to put another one. They wanted me to take the iPad home with a rubber band tied because the glue was still wet. I did not accept it and the seller was left to evaluate the possibility of delivering it to my home (but the manager would return the next day until noon, confirming and agreeing on the delivery details). Of course, nobody called and when I got in touch, they said they don't work with delivery, and I should get the iPad from the store in another two days. In order not to be without the product, I ended up going to the store on the day informed. And guess what? The ipad was 'ready' with black dirt inside the screen, which never existed before. Result of carelessness in handling the product. Again it was not ready. The options were to wait 40 minutes and take the iPad home full of rubber band and wet glue or wait 2h30 to get it ready. Can you believe? As I was really in need of it, I preferred to wait and take it home in the most finished version they could. And of course, it took longer than they said and I spent 3 hours to finally take the iPad home. I do not recommend. The service is terrible and unprepared, especially from management. Who does not admit failures and tries to convince you that it is just what you can do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos 2 películas feiras na máquina com garantia de 3 meses...uma delas começou a soltar na parte de cima, fomos até a loja e não trocaram a película, pediram para entrar em contato com o fabricante e assim que a fábrica mandar outra eles trocam a película...ou seja...essa garantia de 3 meses é conversa fiada...não caiam nessa. Eu não comprei a película do fabricante, e sim da Ike Ma Cell, acreditei que eles me dariam o suporte necessário e não deram...detalhe a película se soltou apenas 5 dias depois
We bought 2 films made on the machine with a 3 month warranty...one of them started to loosen on the top, we went to the store and they didn't change the film, they asked to get in touch with the manufacturer and as soon as the factory sends them another one they change the film...that is...this 3 month warranty is bullshit...don't fall for it. I didn't buy the film from the manufacturer, but from Ike Ma Cell, I believed they would give me the necessary support and they didn't...detail the film was released only 5 days later
