O barulho gerado pela britadeira na pedra atrás do terreno é insuportável. Os apartamentos na vizinhança ficam imundos coma poeira gerada, obrigando-nos a manter as residências fechadas todo o tempo. Como a pedra retém calor, o ar condicionado precisa estar ligado o tempo todo em razão das altas temperaturas nos apartamentos dos fundos. As varandas ficam imundas e não podem ser usadas e nem abertas. Este problema que estamos enfrentando vem desde fevereiro até este momento. Não há feedback da empresa responsável. Um total descaso .

The noise generated by the jackhammer on the stone behind the ground is unbearable. The apartments in the neighborhood are filthy with the generated dust, forcing us to keep the residences closed at all times. As the stone retains heat, the air conditioning must be turned on at all times due to the high temperatures in the back apartments. The balconies are filthy and cannot be used or opened. This problem that we are facing comes from February until this moment. There is no feedback from the responsible company. Total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso e desrespeito com os vizinhos em período de quarentena e home office. Impossível trabalhar com um barulho insuportável causado pelos equipamentos que estão demolindo a rocha ao fundo, além da sujeira gerada no apartamento, inclusive aos sábados! Não sei como um empreendimento como esse é autorizado pelos órgãos ambientais e prefeitura, seja pela demolição necessária, seja pelo nível de ruído causado em uma área residencial.
Além disso, já vi pedaços de rocha rolando morro abaixo, o que mostra descaso também com a segurança dos funcionários.
Total neglect and disrespect for neighbors in quarantine and home office. Impossible to work with an unbearable noise caused by the equipment that is demolishing the rock in the background, in addition to the dirt generated in the apartment, even on Saturdays! I don't know how a project like this is authorized by Organs environmental agencies and the city hall, either for the necessary demolition or for the level of noise caused in a residential area.
In addition, I have already seen pieces of rock rolling down the hill, which also shows disregard for the safety of employees.

Barulho na vizinhança e prazos de entrega dos empreendimentos com atrasos e sempre adiados.
