Retificando: A imobiliária entrou em contato comigo hoje preocupada com a minha avaliação, expliquei os motivos da época e me pediram desculpas. Pois fazem um trabalho de qualidade e se preocupam com o que pode ter ocorrido e para estarem sempre em processo de melhorias.
A funcionária que entrou em contato comigo foi muito educada e creio que isso já é um grande passo, quando um prestador de serviços se preocupa com o atual ou antigo cliente.

A principio entrei em contato para falar sobre alguns problemas no apartamento, logo após quando fui reivindicar me disseram que os problemas passados foram passados a uma funcionária que teria se desligado da empresa e que não haveria provas de que realmente os problemas passados existiam, ou seja, arquei financeiramente com problemas de um apartamento que nem meu era. Quando fui entregar as chaves, fui informada que meu aluguel cessária. Para minha surpresa após quase um mês fui comunicada de que MARAVILHOSAMENTE o aluguel estava correndo normalmente, e tive que pagar por quase um mês por um apartamento que nem em minha posse estava, nem chaves desse apartamento estava em meu poder. Trabalhei com a modalidade caução que ficou praticamente toda retida, pensem bem ao negociarem com esta empresa pois agem de má fé.

At first I got in touch to talk about some problems in the apartment, soon after when I went to claim they told me that the past problems were passed on to an employee who would have left the company and that there would be no evidence that the past problems really existed, that is , I had financially problems with an apartment that wasn't even mine. When I went to hand over the keys, I was informed that my rent was out of order. To my surprise after almost a month I was informed that the rent was BEAUTIFULLY running normally, and I had to pay for almost a month for an apartment that was neither in my possession nor keys to that apartment in my possession. I worked with the bond modality that was practically all withheld, think carefully when negotiating with this company because they act in bad faith.
