★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive apenas uma vez no local em 2020. Fui bem atendida pelos consultores. Eles dão retornos para as nossas demandas. O único inconveniente que tive foi que agendei para visitar um imóvel e ao chegar a imobiliária eles haviam emprestado a chave para outro visitante.
I was only there once in 2020. I was well attended by the consultants. They give returns to our demands. The only drawback I had was that I made an appointment to visit a property and when they arrived at the estate they had lent the key to another visitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corretor é tão ruim, mas tão incompetente, que nem o nome dele eu soube, pois não se apresentou. Segundo o nome do contato, parece ser LAERT. Simplesmente falou as regras para locação e só. Fiz um questionamento simples a ele, visualizou a mensagem e não respondeu mais. Perguntei novamente, visualizou novamente, e mais uma vez não respondeu. Deve ser porque não está precisando de dinheiro, porém logo vai precisar, porque escrevendo "agente" (igual agente secreto) ele não consegue ir longe no emprego, ainda mais ignorando os clientes completamente.

Profissional tem que ser é a empresa para saber atender a seus clientes. Em vez disso, deixa o cliente falando sozinho, não pode responder dúvidas simples. Não demonstra o mínimo interesse em prospectar aquele cliente.
Broker is so bad, but so incompetent, that I didn't even know his name, because he didn't introduce himself. According to the name of the contact, it appears to be LAERT. Simply said the rules for rental and that's it. I asked him a simple question, visualized the message and did not answer any more. I asked again, viewed again, and again did not answer. It must be because he is not in need of money, but soon he will be, because by writing "agent" (like secret agent) he cannot go far on the job, let alone ignoring customers completely.

Professional has to be is the company to know how to serve its customers. Instead, he leaves the customer talking to himself, he cannot answer simple questions. He shows no interest in prospecting that customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há aproximadamente 1 mês fiz a locação de um imóvel com a residir imobiliária, imóvel aqui em contagem, aparentemente tudo certo. Visite o imóvel, está bem aparentado então fechei o contrato. Mudei para o imóvel. Menos de 1 semana depois os problemas já começaram a aparecer. Eu não reclamo pelos problemas, pois qualquer imóvel que não seja novo, está sujeito a ter problema. O que eu fico com raiva é que o imóvel está MAQUIADO, em uma visita rápida não pude perceber os problemas! Até aí tudo bem.. mas aí fui entrar em contato com a imobiliária para tentar resolver esses problemas estruturais (na primeira vez que entrei com o carro na garagem a rampa de cimento se desfez igual papel) e agora não consigo utilizar a garagem porque sem a rampa o fundo do carro pega no trilho do portão. Tentei entrar em contato com a imobiliária para resolverem o problema a resposta que tive foi literalmente que É PROBLEMA MEU. EU TENHO QUE CONSERTAR. Fiz a rampa, paguei do meu bolso o valor não foi estornado. Agora estou em um imóvel todo cheio de rachaduras (que foram mal cobertas somente com tinta e agora com o passar dos dias, estão todas aparentes). Agora ESTOU PRESO EM UM CONTRATO DE 3 ANOS COM ESSA IMOBILIARIA SENDO EU OBRIGADO A REFORMAR O IMÓVEL, PARA O MESMO NAO CAIR EM CIMA DA MINHA CABEÇA! Estou tendo algum reembolso pelas obras feitas? Não! Por que eu estou fazendo? Por que estou preso no contrato e sem fazer essas obras a casa vai cair em cima de mim! Agora é ir na justiça pra tentar pelo menos recuperar daqui alguns anos o valor investido em obras no imóvel que nem é meu. PENSEM BEM ANTES DE ALUGAR UM IMOVEL COM ESSA IMOBILIÁRIA. NAO DAO NENHUM TIPO DE SUPORTE. Voce tenta cobrar o que A LEI DE TE GARANTR e a resposta deles é pra você procurar a justiça (por que sabem que vai demorar 3..4.. anos pra finalizar o caso) e se fosse o contrário, se eu descumprisse o contrato, eles entrariam com uma ordem de despejo (muito mais rápido do que o meu processo contra eles) e ainda negativariam meu nome no SPC e SERASA. Conclusão? Por causa de burrice minha e pouca pesquisa estou preso a essa imobiliária por 3 anos.
About 1 month ago I rented a property with reside real estate, property here in counting, apparently all right. Visit the property, it looks good so I closed the contract. I moved to the property. Less than 1 week later the problems started to appear. I don't complain about the problems, because any property that isn't new is likely to have a problem. What I get angry is that the property is MADE UP, on a quick visit I couldn't see the problems! So far so good... but then I went to get in touch with the real estate agency to try to solve these structural problems (the first time I drove my car into the garage, the cement ramp fell apart like paper) and now I can't use the garage because without the ramp the bottom of the car picks up on the gate rail. I tried to contact the real estate agency to solve the problem the answer I got was literally that IT IS MY PROBLEM. I HAVE TO FIX IT. I made the ramp, paid out of my pocket the amount was not reversed. Now I'm in a building full of cracks (which were barely covered with only paint and now with the passing of days, they're all apparent). I'M NOW STRETCHED IN A 3 YEAR CONTRACT WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AND I'M OBLIGED TO RENOVATE THE PROPERTY, SO IT DOESN'T FALL ON MY HEAD! Am I getting a refund for the works done? Not! Why am I doing? Because I'm stuck in the contract and without doing these works the house will fall on me! Now I have to go to court to try to recover, at least a few years from now, the amount invested in works on the property that isn't even mine. THINK WELL BEFORE RENTING A PROPERTY WITH THIS REAL ESTATE. DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF SUPPORT. You try to charge what THE LAW DE GUARANTEES YOU and their answer is for you to seek justice (because they know it will take 3..4.. years to finalize the case) and if it were the opposite, if I breached the contract , they would file an eviction order (much faster than my lawsuit against them) and still deny my name in the SPC and SERASA. Conclusion? Because of my stupidity and little research I'm stuck with this real estate agency for 3 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa imobiliária, pé causa de poucos reais fiz essa péssima escolha. Imobiliária não auxilia os clientes. Aluguel o imóvel estava tudo bem mas começaram as chuvas e o imóvel está péssimo, com goteiras rachaduras e a imobiliária se recusa a reformar o imóvel! Agora estou com todos os meus pertences dentro de um quarto (que é o único que não tem goteira). Deveria ter escolhido a sancruz ou outra imobiliária de renome em vez de escolher essa imobiliária. RESIDIR A PIOR IMOBILIÁRIA DE CONTAGEM! Fiz uma pesquisa sobre a mesma e vi que nem usam o cnpj com razão social de residir imobiliária desde 2016.. agora usam outra razão social. Pena que só percebi isso depois de fechar o contrato. Quem tem opções ainda NÃO ESCOLHAM ESSA IMOBILIÁRIA. Opinião de quem já locou imóvel com essa imobiliária! Não recomendo!
Bad experience with this real estate, because of few reais I made this bad choice. Real estate does not help customers. Rent the property was fine but the rains started and the property is terrible, with leaks cracks and the real estate agency refuses to renovate the property! Now I have all my belongings in a room (which is the only one that doesn't have a leak). I should have chosen sancruz or another reputable real estate agency instead of choosing this real estate agency. RESIDING THE WORST REAL ESTATE COUNTING! I did a research on it and saw that they don't even use the cnpj with the social name of residing in real estate since 2016... now they use another social name. Too bad I only realized this after closing the contract. Those who have options DON'T CHOOSE THIS REAL ESTATE. Opinion of those who have already rented property with this real estate agency! I do not recommend!
