â â â â â Falta de respeito com os clientes. Essas atendentes nem o telefone tem coragem de atender!!! Isso pq Ă© pago, imagine se fosse o SUS. Talvez o atendimento seria melhor!!!
 Lack of respect for customers. These attendants neither the phone has the courage to answer !!! This because it pays, imagine if it was the SUS. Maybe the service would be better !!!

Então, fui forçado para postar a reclamação dar 01 (uma) estrela, mas essa e NEGATIVA.
O CENTRO MĂDICO DE RADIODIAGNOSTICO S/S, nĂŁo Ă© bom o atendimento, vocĂȘ tenta ligar e o telefone esta sempre ocupado como se estivesse fora do gancho para nĂŁo atender os cliente, isso Ă© PĂSSIMO, HORRĂVEL nĂŁo serve como empresa prestadora de serviço ao PĂșblico!!!

So, I was forced to post the complaint to give 01 (one) star, but this is NEGATIVE.
THE MEDICAL CENTER OF RADIODIAGNOSTICO S / S, the service is not good, you try to call and the phone is always busy as if it were off the hook to not serve customers, this is AWESOME, HORRIBLE does not serve as a company providing services to the Public !!!

â â â â â Eu senhor FlĂĄvio, tinha marcado um exame ultra som para o dia 20/06/2017 Ă s 12:00 dia.cheguei meia hora de antecedĂȘncia. Mas,quando cheguei na clĂnica a atendente com a maior cara de pau disse-me que o mĂ©dico nĂŁo foi trabalhar. Isso Ă© uma falta de respeito com o cliente,pois gastei tempo e combustĂvel para ir .e a clĂnica nĂŁo ligou me avisando. Este fato nĂŁo pode continuar acontecendo.espero que a gerĂȘncia tome providĂȘncias junto a essas atendentes.
I, FlĂĄvio, had scheduled an ultrasound exam for 06/20/2017 at 12:00 pm. I arrived half an hour in advance. But, when I arrived at the clinic, the attendant with the biggest stick face told me that the doctor did not go to work. This is a lack of respect for the client, as I spent time and fuel to go .and the clinic didn't call to let me know. This cannot continue to happen. I hope that management will take action with these attendants.

Marcaram uma ultrassonografia Ă s 12hs, esperei atĂ© Ă s 12:20hs ao ver que nĂŁo sai nem entrava ninguĂ©m, quando fui perguntar sobre o atraso, disseram que ainda teria mais 1 pessoa na minha frente, como eu tinha compromisso remarquei para Ă s 16hs, chego as 15:50hs informam que a mĂ©dica estava atrasada nos atendimentos e fui atendida Ă s 18hs. InadmissĂvel tanta demora duas vezes seguidas. Apesar da mĂ©dica me atender bem, NĂŁo recomendo a clĂnica.
Total neglect. They scheduled an ultrasound at 12 pm, I waited until 12: 20 pm when I saw that no one came in or when I went to ask about the delay, they said that there would still be 1 more person in front of me, as I had an appointment I rescheduled for 4 pm, I arrive at 15: 50hs inform that the doctor was late in the consultations and I was attended to 18hs. Inadmissible so much delay twice in a row. Although the doctor attends me well, I do not recommend the clinic.
