Obs.: gerente muito mal educada, se dirigindo com muita falta de respeito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive muito transtorno com essa imobiliária, desde o abusivo excesso de comprovantes para fechar o aluguel (no começo da relação), que só passou quando forneci um extrato bancário, até o fim da relação contratual, quando só retiraram o meu nome da conta de energia após "ameaçar" ajuizar uma ação.
Também demorei 9 (nove) meses para receber o valar depositado a título de caução. Friso que esses 9 meses foram após o vencimento do título.
Na verdade eu só consegui receber o valor da caução porque contatei diretamente a corretora de seguro responsável pelo título de capitalização. Com a Bless Brokers intermediando a relação eu não teria recebido nunca, isso por completo descaso da empresa.
Existem imobiliárias mais sérias no mercado. Não se submeta ao tratamento que essa corretora oferece.
I had a lot of trouble with this real estate company, from the abusive excess of receipts to close the rent (at the beginning of the relationship), which only went away when I provided a bank statement, until the end of the contractual relationship, when they only removed my name from the energy bill. after "threatening" to file an action.
It also took me 9 (nine) months to receive the value deposited as collateral. I emphasize that these 9 months were after the maturity of the bond.
In fact, I was only able to receive the guarantee amount because I contacted the insurance broker responsible for the savings bond directly. With Bless Brokers intermediating the relationship, I would never have received this, completely disregarding the company.
There are more serious real estate companies on the market. Do not submit to the treatment that this broker offers.
