★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária Bolsonaro, nada é culpa dela. Fui inquilina de um apartamento locado com a imobiliária. Me entregaram apenas a primeira vistoria e a última 28 dias depois! já com uma nova inquilina no imóvel sem fazerem a recisão do meu contrato. Realizei a entrega das chaves, junto aos reparos com 2 pinturas. Acreditamos que estava tudo ok, já que a administração não contestou nenhuma falha ou tenha encaminhado qualquer laudo durante 8 dias ou mais. Depois que a nova inquilina entrou nesse mesmo apartamento me cobraram nova pintura, limpeza, dentre outros, pois aparentemente a nova moradora não e a imobiliária não se responsabilizou. Ficamos brigando por mais de um mês que havíamos já terminado todo o processo e não encerraram nosso contrato. Por ERRO DELES “encontraram” a vistoria final 30 dias desde a entrega das chaves. Não me trataram como cliente, foram mal educados me cortando nas minhas falas (aliás nem me deixavam falar) e nunca prestaram qualquer serviço que pudesse me ajudar com relação a esses encargos abusivos. APENAS FUJAM!
Bolsonaro real estate, nothing is her fault. I was a tenant of an apartment leased with the real estate company. They only gave me the first inspection and the last one 28 days later! already with a new tenant in the property without terminating my contract. I delivered the keys, along with the repairs with 2 paintings. We believe that everything was ok, as the administration did not dispute any failure or forwarded any report for 8 days or more. After the new tenant entered that same apartment, I was charged for new painting, cleaning, among others, because apparently the new resident did not and the real estate company was not responsible. We were fighting for more than a month that we had already finished the whole process and they did not terminate our contract. By THEIR ERROR they “found” the final inspection 30 days since the delivery of the keys. They didn't treat me as a customer, they were rude, cutting me off in my speech (in fact, they didn't even let me talk) and they never provided any service that could help me with these abusive charges. JUST RUN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes da assinatura do contrato eles impressionam com a agilidade e bom atendimento. Depois disso, não resolvem mais nada, para qualquer problema a alternativa que eles apresentam é entregar o imóvel e pagar a rescisão contratual. Funcionários despreparados e nada comprometidos. Não recomendo essa imobiliária de forma alguma!
Before signing the contract, they impress with their agility and good service. After that, they don't solve anything else, for any problem, the alternative they present is to deliver the property and pay the contractual termination. Unprepared and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this property at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, me alugaram um apartamento com vistoria que diz “faxinado” o corretor me disse que não entregava com faxina e agora não tenho como provar, LEIAM OS COMENTÁRIOS ANTIGOS. Imobiliaria de gente mau caráter demais. No dia em que aluguei, um corretor veio me pressionar perguntando o porque não tinha alugado com ele, sendo hostil e o corretor ainda está lá. No meu término do aluguel, pedi para que entrasse em contato com a proprietária para que eu negociasse a dívida, os mesmos me GARANTIRAM que tinham entrado, mas eu já estava desconfiando, consegui entrar em contato com a proprietária e eles nem tinha avisado que eu já tinha saído. Povo mau caráter, agem de má fé. Não aluguem nunca com eles, NUNCA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. Basta ver a forma desonesta e hostil como os funcionários respondem os clientes insatisfeitos por aqui.
Esta Imobiliária Buritis é boa até o corretor. Daí de forma acelerada, te pressionam a fechar o contrato logo se não "alguém vai alugar o imóvel". Dizem que na vistoria é obrigatória a presença do locatário, na vez da minha mãe, a imobiliária fez a vistoria (diz que fez né) e se quer mandou a papelada pra gente. É tudo assim, feito às pressas e correndo, de má vontade. Agora, experimenta mandar e-mail cobrando reparos e satisfações da parte deles... Respondem com coices de cavalo e não esclarecem suas dúvidas e o fluxo de funcionários é enorme. Nunca alguém fica. É um entra e sai danado de funcionários e infelizmente os que são prestativos acabam abandonando o cargo provavelmente por não aguentarem a bagunça e arrotação de virtude de fachada que é. Também obrigam os funcionários a darem avaliação boa por aqui kkkkkk SIM MINHA GENTE, o funcionário tem que dar 5 estrelinhas aqui no Google. Por isso a avaliação deles aqui é alta. Mas se vocês perguntarem pra quem está no ramo imobiliário, vão saber a fama que a Imobiliária Buritis tem.
Fiquem de olhos abertos. Leiam os comentários de ex-clientes insatisfeitos e a forma que a imobiliária os trata. Isso por si só diz o que eles são.
Se você NÃO QUER DORES DE CABEÇA, fuja dessa imobiliária e busque opinião de ex-funcionários.

This Buritis Real Estate is good even the realtor. Then in an accelerated way, they pressure you to close the contract as soon as you don't "someone will rent the property". They say that the presence of the tenant is mandatory in the inspection, in my mother's turn, the real estate company did the inspection (she says she did it right) and if you want she sent the paperwork to us. It's all like that, done hastily and running, grudgingly. Now, try sending an email asking for repairs and satisfaction from them... They respond with horse kicks and don't clarify your doubts and the flow of employees is huge. No one ever stays. It's a hell of a lot of employees and unfortunately those who are helpful end up leaving the position probably because they can't stand the mess and belch of facade virtue that it is. They also force employees to give a good rating around here hahaha YES MY PEOPLE, the employee has to give 5 stars here on Google. That's why their rating here is high. But if you ask anyone who is in the real estate business, you will know the fame that Imobiliária Buritis has.
Keep your eyes open. Read the comments of dissatisfied former clients and the way the real estate company treats them. That alone says what they are.
If you DON'T WANT HEADACHES, run away from this real estate agency and seek the opinion of former employees.
