Por causa desses precedentes, optei por eles quando decidi vender o imóvel.  Century rented and managed the lease agreements for a fit. of my property in Tatuapé for more than 6 years. The service provided by them has always been impeccable, of the highest quality. Recomendo !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Depois de explicar que meu celular dava caixa postal por um problema da operadora, pedi encarecidamente que o atendimento fosse feito por Whatsapp, e não quiseram me atender. Que atraso! Tem muita gente querendo trabalhar e atender bem. NÃO RECOMENDO!

Nesta Pandemia que afetou a todos, tivemos de flexibilizar pagamentos, reduzir correções enfim me ajudaram muito a preservar bons inquilinos que também sofreram com a paralisação tão forte da economia. O que mais me impressionou trabalhando com esse time da Century 21 foi a competência para construir uma ponte de confiança entre locatário/locador, promovendo o equilíbrio do contrato respeitando demandas dos inquilinos e proprietários de forma "justa" para ambos os lados. Esse time realmente tem conseguido fazer a diferença na administração dos imóveis, pois tem excelente qualificação, profissional, são muito disciplinados nos controles, respeitam ambos os lados no contrato de locação e sabem se posicionar com clareza. São muito dedicados e levam a sério o serviço que prestam. Parabéns time da Century 21 por um trabalho bem feito.
I have a partnership with the professionals of the Tatuapé Unit, located at Rua Tijuco Preto, 429.
