Não possuem indicações para serviços essenciais ao apartamento, dificulta comunicação com proprietário, meu apartamento estava com infiltração, armário inchado e esfarelando e não fizeram nada a respeito.
Bad real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de alugar o meu apartamento, eles atendiam, falavam muito bem, toda atenção da parte deles, mas após assinar o contrato de locação, mentiram sobre o seguro fiança, me cobraram um valor prometendo q na próxima renovação seria do mesmo valor ou até menos, mas acabei pagando 8mil reais a mais por um aluguel de 2000, principalmente a Fernanda, foi bem arrogante, mostrou pouco interesse em resolver um problema na época da pandemia onde perdi minha fonte de renda devido a fechamento do comércio... não indico nem voltarei a procurá-los

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deficiente. Estou como inquilino de um imóvel administrado por eles a 10 anos. E toda solicitação é desgastante, sofrível e grosseira. Principalmente pela Fernanda. Parece se tratar de um negócio familiar. Não recomendo.
Poor service. I am a tenant of a property managed by them for 10 years. And every request is exhausting, suffering and gross. Mainly by Fernanda. It seems to be a family business. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles colocam fotos antigas, sem informações nos anúncios, além de prestarem um péssimo atendimento, como a falta de realização de vistoria na entrega do imóvel, sem seguro residencial, ou seja, deixando os imóveis de seus clientes a própria sorte.
se eu comentar que o Atendimento da colaboradora Fernanda é de extrema ineficiência, estou elogiando. Esta não dá retorno aos clientes sobre informações básicas, como prestação de contas mensais, necessidade de apólice de Seguros, pressiona para que os reajustes não sejam repassados, além de enganar idosos
