★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A imobiliária me enganou sobre a casa que aluguei.Aluguei uma casa no JG Guanabara,Tive problema com a proprietária da casa que mora na frente,uma senhora já, porém não respeita os inquilinos e vive com o cachorro que é super bravo solto,pra entrar e sair de casa eu tinha que ter certeza que o cachorro dela estava preso,ele já avançou em mim e nas minhas filhas.
Na hora de mostrar a casa para as pessoas ela prende os cachorros e parece ser uma paz o local.
Sem contar que faz serviço de baixa qualidade só para alugar a casa e depois começou aparecer infiltração, chão rachado.
The real estate agent deceived me about the house I rented. I rented a house at JG Guanabara, I had a problem with the owner of the house that lives in front, a lady already, but she doesn't respect the tenants and lives with the dog who is super angry, for in and out of the house I had to make sure that her dog was locked up, he has already moved on me and my daughters.
When it comes to showing the house to people she holds the dogs and it seems to be a peaceful place.
Not to mention that it does low quality service just to rent the house and then infiltration began to appear, cracked floors.
