Estive (eu e minha família)em um após ter sido convidada e recebemos um tratamento bem diferenciado (para menos). Desapontamento total.
 Beware of "dinner" invitations that this company makes, so you can get to know real estate releases.
I was (my family and I) in one after being invited and we received a very different treatment (for less). Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho o mesmo problema do Rodrigo, pelo menos 3 vezes ao dia pessoas diferentes ligam para apresentar algum empreendimento. Peço com educação para que tirem meu nome da lista, mas não consigo mais agir de tal forma. Então fica o feedback: se está triste, sem falar com alguém ou esteja com necessidade de conversar, peça para a RITT entrar em contato. Você nunca mais terá um momento de solidão!
I have the same problem as Rodrigo, at least 3 times a day different people call to present a project. I politely ask them to take my name off the list, but I can't do it anymore. So here's the feedback: if you're sad, not talking to someone or need to talk, ask RITT to get in touch. You will never have a moment of solitude again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 2 semanas recebo ligações quase que diárias de profissionais desta empresa questionando sobre interesse em um empreendimento imobiliário. Primeiramente, não sei como obteram meu contato - mas afirmo que não foi diretamente por mim. E por fim, já solicitei diversas vezes a remoção dos meus dados de qualquer cadastro ou mala direta que estejam utilizando e a interrupção dos contatos inoportunos. Espero que os contatos cessem após este comentário, caso contrário pretendo questionar juridicamente a origem do acesso ao meu cadastro, com respaldo na lei geral de proteção de dados. Ainda que existisse qualquer interesse em contratar o serviço ofertado não me sinto seguro quanto à idoneidade do empreendimento - recomendo cautela a outros consumidores.
For 2 weeks I have been receiving calls almost daily from professionals at this company asking about interest in a real estate project. First of all, I don't know how they got my contact - but I say it wasn't directly from me. And finally, I have asked several times to remove my data from any registration or direct mail that they are using and to stop inappropriate contacts. I hope that contacts will cease after this comment, otherwise I intend to legally question the origin of access to my record, with the support of the general data protection law. Even if there was any interest in contracting the service offered, I don't feel sure about the suitability of the project - I recommend caution to other consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como 2 comentários anteriores, recebo constantemente oferta de imóveis que NUNCA dei meu número (acho que vocês COMPRAM esses números) e ficam INCOMODANDO as pessoas até mesmo fora do HC.
Irei começar a postar os números de telefones que me abordam e denunciar essa prática ABUSIVA. O último número que me bordou, às 19 :00hs foi 019 98980 4836. Isso é ASSÉDIO!
Like 2 previous comments, I constantly get offers of properties that I NEVER gave my number (I think you BUY these numbers) and they keep BOTHERING people even outside of HC.
I will start posting the phone numbers that approach me and report this ABUSIVE practice. The last number that embroidered me, at 19:00hs was 019 98980 4836. This is HARASSMENT!

Se acham os espertos, não se comprometem em solicitar todas as documentações necessárias e alguns funcionários ainda fazem questão de bater no peito e dizer que "tem mais de 20 anos de mercado". Mesmo com todo esse tempo, parecem não saber trabalhar. E ainda para colocar a cerejinha em cima do bolo, no dia que eu fui pegar a chave da minha casa, nem se quer se deram ao trabalho de irem no local. Péssimo. Não recomendo pra ninguém. Deveria ter procurado outra imobiliária, já que a casa que eu comprei não estava sendo anunciada somente por eles. Talvez eu tivesse tido mais sorte em encontrar profissionais mais bem preparados e educados, pois os que eu encontrei por aqui só serviram para levar a comissão da proprietária.
Craziest real estate I've ever had the displeasure to work with. If they think they are smart, they do not commit to requesting all the necessary documentation and some employees still insist on beating their chests and saying that "they have been in the market for more than 20 years". Even with all this time, they seem not to know how to work. And to put the cherry on top of the cake, on the day I went to get the key to my house, they didn't even bother to go there. Terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone. I should have looked for another realtor, since the house I bought wasn't being advertised solely by them. Perhaps I would have had better luck finding better prepared and educated professionals, as the ones I found around here only served to take the owner's commission.
