★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima empresa, por experiência própria eu te aconselho não alugar casa com o Emerson, ele sempre faz uma imagem de bonzinho mas quando vc for deixar a casa, vc vai ver que ele vai te complicar o máximo possível, inclusive pra devolver os calções. Aluguei uma casa com eles e a minha namorada tambem, as casas veio dando problema com contas, caixa de energia estragada e exigida a troca pela CPFL, ele sempre se negou a arrumar os problemas, e principalmente problemas com infiltrações no imóvel. Não aconselho ninguém a alugar qualquer imóvel com ele para não ter dor de cabeça, procure outras opções.
