★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, não recomendo a ninguém. Administram o condomínio onde moro e são enrolados demais pra resolver as coisas. Entregam os balancetes com atraso, além do mesmo ser de difícil entendimento agora algumas pessoas. Paguei um condomínio em duplicidade em 2015 e estão levando todos esses anos para resolver o meu problema, já levei por dias vezes a carta de duplicidade que eles mesmos enviaram pra mim para provar que o mesmo boleto foi pago duas vezes, mas continuam enviando cartas informando que existem condomínios em aberto! Além disso, emitem boletos com problemas no código de barras o que torna impossível fazer o pagamento no banco, obrigando a pessoa a pagar fora do prazo por aguardar eles corrigirem o problema. Aí a pessoa paga multa e juros por atraso sem necessidade e sem ter culpa. fui vítima disso, notifiquei a imobiliária a respeito e nada foi feito, nem sequer me ligaram, muito menos tive ressarcimento até o momento sobre o que paguei a mais por culpa deles. Diante do exposto não recomendo de forma alguma a GPR. Pessoal desatento e despreparado para solucionar problemas.
Terrible real estate, I do not recommend it to anyone. They manage the condo where I live and are too tangled up to sort things out. They hand over the balance sheets late, in addition to the fact that some people are difficult to understand now. I paid for a condo in duplicate in 2015 and it's been taking all these years to solve my problem, I've already taken the duplicity letter they sent me for days to prove that the same billet was paid twice, but they still send letters informing me that there are open condominiums! In addition, they issue slips with problems in the bar code which makes it impossible to make payment at the bank, forcing the person to pay out of time for waiting for them to correct the problem. Then the person pays a fine and interest for delay without need and without guilt. I was a victim of that, I notified the real estate agency about it and nothing was done, they didn't even call me, much less I had reimbursement so far about what I overpaid for their fault. Given the above, I do not recommend GPR at all. Inattentive and unprepared staff to solve problems.
