★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no balcão ótimo, já não posso dizer o mesmo do mecânico que fez o serviço. 40 minutos pra balancear 2 pneus porque ele estava ocupado conversando com os colegas de trabalho aonde ele deveria ter balanceado, sem contar a demora pra montar e desmontar os pneus do carro. Não adianta preço bom e Atendimento horrível uma demora desnecessário sendo que vim trocar 2 pneus e fazer balanceamento nos 4 e alinhamento
 Great service at the counter, I can't say the same about the mechanic who did the service. 40 minutes to balance 2 tires because he was busy talking to co-workers where he should have balanced, not to mention the delay to mount and demount the car's tires. It's no use good price and horrible service an unnecessary delay and I came to change 2 tires and do balancing on 4 and alignment

Empurraram diversos serviços no orçamento inicial e devolveram o carro mil vezes pior.
Valor da mão de obra é exorbitante e o serviço é executado com péssima qualidade.

Fiquei mais de uma hora esperando os meus pneus chegarem e já estava encomendado 03 horas antes...não recomendo e cuidado com a conversa deles de que a roda está empenada, que o alinhamento está com problemas, querem vender serviços de qualquer forma, não duram mais um ano com esse tipo de procedimento....picaretas.
Terrible work, amateurs and no commitment to the customer.
I waited more than an hour for my tires to arrive and it had already been ordered 03 hours before... last another year with this type of procedure....picks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível pessoal sem experiência nenhuma.vim a primeira vez aqui na loja da bernandinho campos santos. O mecanico inventa monte de peças pra trocar faz serviços nao passa o preços exato tipo mao de obra absurdo. Uma coisa que nunca vi na minha vida erro grave mecanico esqueceu colocar oleo no meu carro fui embora sem óleo ainda bem que vi a luz acessa no painel voltei logo. Se é uma pessoa leiga tinha ido embora sem perceber fundido o motor do carro
Horrible place people with no experience at all. I came here for the first time at the store in bernandinho Campos Santos. The mechanic invents a lot of parts to exchange, does services, doesn't pass the exact price, kind of absurd labor. One thing I've never seen in my life serious error mechanic forgot to put oil in my car I left without oil I'm glad I saw the light on on the dashboard I came back soon. If you are a lay person, the car engine had gone away without realizing it.
