Pneus Dunlop nunca mais. Comprei 4 Direzza novos e o pneu É MUITO BARULHENTO, tanto em baixa quanto em alta velocidade. O barulho era tanto que levei o carro a dois mecânicos até descobrir que era o pneu. Pela primeira vez estava torcendo para os pneus acabarem logo e poder tirar do meu carro. Agora que tirei os Dunlop o carrou ficou outro...silencio total.
Império 7 e Dunlop nunca mais.
 Loja does not respect the consumer protection code, not honoring budget for the deadline provided in the CDC.
Dunlop tires never again. I bought 4 new Direzza and the tire IS VERY LOUD, both at low and high speed. The noise was so loud that I took the car to two mechanics until I discovered it was the tire. For the first time I was hoping the tires would run out soon so I could get it out of my car. Now that I took the Dunlop the car was another ... total silence.
Empire 7 and Dunlop never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A troca do pneu foi rápida, porém ao sair da loja tive que voltar imediatamente devido a um barulho na roda e descobri que não prenderam os parafusos da roda traseira! Estava totalmente solta! Depois tive que voltar mais 3 vezes para acertar o alinhamento e no final me informaram que não teria como alinhar pois seria necessário trocar a suspensão. Até concordei que era necessário, mas por que não falaram na primeira vez? Acabei não fazendo a troca lá pois o valor ficou muito acima dos outros orçamentos.
The tire change was quick, but when I left the store I had to return immediately due to a noise on the wheel and I found that the rear wheel bolts were not attached! It was totally loose! Then I had to go back 3 more times to get the alignment right and at the end I was told that there was no way to align because it would be necessary to change the suspension. I even agreed it was necessary, but why didn't they speak the first time? I ended up not making the exchange there because the value was much higher than the other budgets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho demonstrar meu total arrependimento em ter trocado os 4 pneus com a Império 7 no final de dezembro (2021), onde a empresa promoveu uma promoção nas redes sociais da loja, oferecendo um Gift Card a todos os clientes que realizassem a compra dos 4 pneus Continental. No ato da compra, o gerente me informou que na semana seguinte já estaria disponível para retirada no local, porém até o momento não tive NENHUM indício de que receberei o prometido pela Império 7.
Eles informam que estão aguardando a Continental enviar os cartões, porém entrei em contato e o informado é que foi uma promoção local, e a postagem foi simplesmente apagada do Instagram.
Então sigo no aguardo para que meu problema seja resolvido.
I come to show my total regret for having changed the 4 tires with Império 7 at the end of December (2021), where the company promoted a promotion on the store's social networks, offering a Gift Card to all customers who purchased the 4 tires Continental. At the time of purchase, the manager informed me that the following week it would be available for pick-up at the location, but so far I have had NO indication that I will receive what I promised by Império 7.
They say they are waiting for Continental to send the cards, but I got in touch and the informed is that it was a local promotion, and the post was simply deleted from Instagram.
