Na 1a vez comprei o pneu com um preço bom, trocaram e balancearam. Atendentes e mecânicos muito atenciosos.
E na 2a vez, hoje, pedi uma avaliação de um pneu que estava vazio. Avaliaram, desmontaram, estava tudo bem e calibraram todos os pneus. Dessa vez sem custo! Ótima forma de fidelização e divulgação!

The first time I bought the tire at a good price, they changed and balanced. Very attentive mechanics and attendants.
And the second time today, I asked for an evaluation of a tire that was flat. They evaluated, disassembled, everything was fine and calibrated all tires. This time without cost! Great form of loyalty and disclosure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⚜️Tive que trocar 2 pneus da minha BMW ,pq um furou e não podia colocar pneus Run Flat de marcas diferentes no mesmo eixo.
⚜️Fui recomendado para procurar o Valetão de Moema.Lá consegui os 2 pneus,porém a colocação ficou para outra semana.
⚜️Cheguei no dia combinado e fui atendido por outro vendedor.Mandou tirar os 4 pneus do carro,sendo que só eram 2.Isso para começar!!!
⚜️Quando foi colocado os 2 pneus,me disseram que já estava pronto.Perguntei : E o alinhamento e o balanceamento?!?O vendedor disse que não tinha nada especificado.
⚜️Eu disse que no preço de R$ 6.500,00 ,que foi fechado pelo gerente deles,como um pacote fechado .E perguntei para o primeiro vendedor que acabava de chegar e que estava presente ,qdo fechei o pacote;portanto ele estava do lado do gerente!!!!
⚜️O vendedor disse que não lembrava!!!!!
⚜️Em resumo,o Valetão de Moema é uma bagunça,ninguém passa o caso corretamente para o outro e com isso vc fica sujeito a um Serviço que vc não queria ou ainda não precisava.

⚜️Fiz questão de mostrar a ordem de serviço com tudo discriminado!!!!E ainda fizeram a nota fiscal errado,como se o preço total fosse só os 2 pneus traseiros da BMW!!!!

⚜️ I had to change 2 tires on my BMW, because one punctured and I couldn't put Run Flat tires from different brands on the same axle.
⚜️I was recommended to look for Valetão de Moema. There I got the 2 tires, but the placement was left for another week.
⚜️I arrived on the agreed day and was attended by another salesperson. He ordered the 4 tires off the car, and there were only 2. That's for starters!!!
⚜️When the 2 tires were fitted, they told me that it was ready. I asked: And the alignment and balance?!? The salesperson said he had nothing specified.
⚜️I said that at the price of R$ 6,500.00, which was closed by their manager, as a closed package. And I asked the first salesperson who had just arrived and who was present, when I closed the package; from the manager!!!!
⚜️ The seller said he didn't remember!!!!!
⚜️ In short, Valetão de Moema is a mess, no one passes the case correctly to the other and with that you are subject to a Service you didn't want or still didn't need.
⚜️ Not attentive service, without an order in the order; run away from this place!!!!!!
⚜️I made a point of showing the work order with everything itemized!!!!And they still made the wrong invoice, as if the total price was just the 2 BMW rear tires!!!!
⚜️I'm a doctor, I take care of children, and I like everything very correct. Terrible service from Valetão, the board of this institution needs to put more professional people in this unit. They are amateurs playing sell!!!!!
