★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, atendimento mecânizado, super demora dos técnicos, quando agente precisa dificilmente seu problema irá ser solucionado dentro do prazo de 24 hrs, já teve situaçães de demorar 5 dias para resolver o reparo da minha internet. Não recomendo
 Horrible, mechanical service, super delay from technicians, when agent needs it, your problem will hardly be solved within 24 hrs, there have been situations where it took 5 days to solve my internet repair. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ofereceram 400 MB pagando 200MB não chega 18 na minha residência. Internet cai demais, reclamo melhora um dia ou dois mas, logo volta a ficar lenta e a cair. Pago a conta junto com minha filha em dias e eles prestam um péssimo serviço. Prazo de 48h pra corrigir. Dou aula on line e faço pós on line, prejudicada pela prestadora de serviço ridicula. Tratam a gente feito palhaço. Aguardando só chegar o fim do contrato para sair dessa pessima empresa igual fiz com a TNET que agora é MOBI. Péssimas
I was offered 400 MB paying 200 MB does not arrive at my residence. Internet drops too much, I complain it gets better for a day or two but then it starts to slow down again. I pay the bill along with my daughter in days and they provide a terrible service. 48 hours to correct. I teach online and post online, hampered by the ridiculous service provider. They treat us like clowns. Just waiting for the end of the contract to get out of this terrible company, just like I did with TNET, which is now MOBI. bad
