Mais passou uns 15 dias agora a Internet fica caindo direto. E suporte técnico não fala nada a respeito disso só manda um link pra vc testar a Internet. E mesmo estando ruim eles falam que vão verificar. E não falam mais nada. Só ódio!
When it was installed it was great.
Another 15 days have passed now the Internet is falling straight. And technical support doesn't say anything about it, just send a link for you to test the Internet. And even though it’s bad they say they’ll check it out. And they don't say anything else. Just hate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando começou era excelente, sou cliente e mais de 5 anos hoje está horrível, se cai a internet vc não consegue falar com ninguém, os telefones nas redes sociais são de pessoas estranhas, olha tá tenso!
When it started it was excellent, I am a customer and more than 5 years today it is horrible, if the internet goes down you can’t talk to anyone, the phones on social networks are from strange people, look, you’re tense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo, como todas as operadoras de Internet tem seus problemas de conexão, não é diferente com a Inova Telecom! Porém em 3 anos com está operadora não tive muitos problemas e quando tive foi por conta de vandalismo infelizmente. Mas o ponto positivo é a agilidade em concertar os danos causados por outros! Marcos e sua equipe estão de parabéns.
Great, as all Internet operators have their connection problems, it is no different with Inova Telecom! However, in 3 years with this operator I didn't have many problems and when I did it was due to vandalism unfortunately. But the positive point is the agility to fix the damage caused by others! Marcos and his team are to be congratulated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Serviço de atendimento pós venda e bem medíocre, mas as velocidades são boas pelo menos aqui para mim são estáveis tem fibra óptica até o roteador dentro de casa.
The after-sales service is pretty mediocre, but the speeds are good at least here for me they are stable there is fiber optic up to the router inside the house.
