Estou desde julho de 2020 (sim, há 6 meses!) tentando resolver um problema com relação ao meu sofá, pois veio com um rasgo no braço (ou rasgou na entrega), e não resolvem!
Se eu não vou atrás, eles não entram em contato para mandar informações do processo...
Todo mês vamos na loja ou ligamos, e nenhum parecer! Nenhuma resposta! Só dão prazos e mais prazos, mas nada de trocarem o produto ou consertar!
Cada vez que vou lá, tem um gerente novo! Um funcionário afirmou que há troca de gerente de 3 em 3 meses! Muito desgastante!! ?
Bad after-sale!
I've been trying to solve a problem with my sofa since July 2020 (yes, 6 months ago!), Because it came with a tear in the arm (or it tore on delivery), and they don't!
If I don't go after them, they won't contact me to send information about the process ...
Every month we go to the store or call, and no opinion! No answer! They only give deadlines and more deadlines, but nothing to change the product or repair!
Every time I go there, there is a new manager! An employee stated that there is a change of manager every 3 months! Very exhausting !! ?

Terrible service. Salespeople trying to push the product they wanted to sell, not what I wanted. Too insistent, they made more anger than they persuaded to buy.

Recomendo a Loja tbm não apenas pelo atendimento, mas pela qualidade dos produtos e variedades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, antes de comprarem nessa loja, vejam as avaliações e os comentários primeiro. Me arrependi ....comprei 1 sofá, entregaram outro modelo e outra cor. Ligo no SAC não retornam, o vendedor fica enrrolando, a mínima satisfação . Vou ter que entrar na justiça . Quanta dor de cabeça!!!!
Guys, before you buy from this store, check the ratings and comments first. I regretted it .... I bought 1 sofa, they delivered another model and another color. I call the SAC they do not return, the seller keeps rolling around, minimal satisfaction. I'll have to go to court. What a headache!!!!
