★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava internada, e precisei fazer uma Enterorressonancia Magnética, para a melhor visualização interna do Intestino delgado! Apesar de passar por entrevista com um médico do setor,e ainda ter explicações sobre o novo contraste,o Gadolínio,eu passei muito mal,e se Não fosse pela Atuação rápida dos médicos emergencistas do HC, eu teria ido a Óbito iminente! Foi por muito pouco tempo mesmo!!!
I was hospitalized, and I had to do a magnetic resonance imaging for the best internal view of the small intestine! Despite going through an interview with a doctor in the industry, and still having explanations about the new contrast, Gadolinium, I had a really bad time, and if it weren't for the fast acting emergency HC doctors, I would have died imminently! It was for a very short time indeed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMPLETAMENTE desorganizado. Te dão um prazo pra aguardar agendamento para que você espere por SMS a data e local e agendam sem te informar, fazendo você perder o exame. Se pudesse daria -5 estrelas. Ainda alegam que deveria ter olhado no site, agora te pergunto: Se é uma pessoa com mais idade ou qualquer outra pessoa sem acesso à internet, fica sem saber quando será agendado?
Sistema PÉSSIMO.
COMPLETELY disorganized. They give you a deadline to wait for an appointment so you can wait by SMS for the date and place and schedule without informing you, making you miss the exam. If I could I would give -5 stars. They still claim that I should have looked at the site, now I ask you: If you are an older person or anyone else without access to the internet, do you not know when it will be scheduled?
Lousy system.

Eu precisava fazer uma RM para procedimento cirúrgico e estava com uma tala no pé, mas ficaram colocando dificuldades para retirá-la e mesmo eu questionando os dois funcionários que me atenderam, eles me GARANTIRAM que não teria problema. A RM foi feita com a tala e dias depois me ligaram para eu refazer a mesma. O detalhe é que me ligaram depois que eu já havia feito a cirurgia! Ou seja, de nada adiantou fazer a RM com a tala no pé!
Todo o planejamento que os médicos fizeram para a procedimento cirúrgico foi comprometido pela má qualidade das imagens, todo isso seria evitado não fosse o despreparo e principalmente a falta de vontade dos profissionais que atuam no Inrad. Lamentável a postura destes profissionais...
Lousy experience of this place!
I needed to have an MRI for a surgical procedure and I had a splint on my foot, but they were having difficulties to remove it and even though I questioned the two employees who attended me, they GUARANTEED that there would be no problem. The MRI was done with the splint and days later I was called to redo it. The detail is that they called me after I had already had the surgery! In other words, there is no use doing MRI with a splint on your foot!
All the planning that the doctors did for the surgical procedure was compromised by the poor quality of the images, all this would be avoided were it not for the unpreparedness and especially the lack of will of the professionals who work at Inrad. The attitude of these professionals is unfortunate ...

Easy to get to, close to the HC, all employees and service providers are very polite, all by appointment and evaluations of how they were treated.

Terrible, worse impossible I arrived before the requested time I politely asked 3 x Orientation if a companion was needed and no answer is simply the attendants ignored it, honestly it's hard to believe it's a reference

There are some problems related to the fact it is a public hospital... But the quality of the staff (doctors, nurses, administrative, etc...) is very good.
It also has an amazing park of medical technology... And I can assure that's one of the highest quality for imaging at least.
