Mal termina a endoscopia eles já vão lhe empurrando pra sentar e colocar mais gente pra fazer exame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, um pouco rude e nem parece especialista, parece mais um clínico geral, não se preocupa em investigar as causas do problema, apenas em resolver os problemas clínicos. O sentido de procurar um especialista é ter um atendimento mais aprofundado. Ele não fez isso comigo. Fala muita coisa errada, em relação a outros médicos.

Da mesma forma que critiquei eu também tenho que reconhecer quando fui muito bem atendido no último dia 19/02/22, tanto pela recepção quanto pela a equipe do Dr. Airton, pelo o cuidado e profissionalismo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes desorganizadas, e sem direcionamento específico a um atendimento pras senhas. Se uma pessoa não comparece, a atendente deixa de chamar a próxima senha pra da assistência às outras funcionárias. 8 minutos pra chamar uma senha, sendo que a anterior não compareceu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi agendado um horário e depois de 40 minutos de atraso no atendimento fui saber se a Dra a realizar a consulta estava bem, fui surpreendido com uma resposta fria e de que ela teve que atender alguém na frente por motivos de urgência, não deixou claro os critérios de urgência e tão pouco a que horas a "urgência tinha adentrado na fila de atendimento". A falta de zelo no atendimento e respeito aos horários dos pacientes é inadmissível hoje em dia.
Caso precise de um lugar ágil, atendimento com destreza e cumprimento de agenda, análise com cuidado para evitar frustrações.
