★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre demorou muito para atender, mas agora em época de Pandemia as duas vezes que precisei ir, fiquei chocada com a falta de preparo e preocupação, lotado, sem inaelas, sem ar, marcam várias pessoas , todo mundo junto , demora 1h para atender, achei total falta de respeito com a pessoa que fica na recepção que é grudada na espera, e com os pacientes!!! Lamentável!!!!
It has always taken a long time to attend, but now in the Pandemic period, the two times I had to go, I was shocked by the lack of preparation and concern, crowded, no inaelas, no air, several people were scheduled, everyone together, it takes 1 hour to attend, I found total lack of respect for the person at the reception who is glued to the wait, and with the patients!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento e bem pontual, o que é muito importante sendo que hoje em dia é difícil achar algum médico que respeite os horários dos pacientes. Ambiente super agradável com ar condicionado na medida certa, pois normalmente essas salas de espera ficam super geladas.
Depois de passar em 3 otorrinos e nenhum ter conseguido dar um diagnóstico correto, a dra. Mirian, com algumas perguntas certas e exame físico, rapidamente identificou o problema e tratou de maneira eficaz, resolvendo de vez.
Além da sua grande experiência, foi muito gentil em explicar de maneira bem didática o que estava acontecendo, a causa e os cuidados para que não aconteça novamente.
Super recomendo, nota millllll!!
Excellent service and very punctual, which is very important considering that nowadays it is difficult to find a doctor who respects patients' schedules. Super nice environment with air conditioning in the right measure, because normally these waiting rooms are super cold.
After passing 3 ENTs and none of them being able to give a correct diagnosis, Dr. Mirian, with some right questions and physical examination, quickly identified the problem and dealt with it effectively, solving it once and for all.
In addition to his great experience, he was very kind in explaining in a very didactic way what was happening, the cause and the precautions so that it doesn't happen again.
I highly recommend it, note millllll!!

Dra Andreia impecável na didática com 2 especialidades de otorrino e cirurgia de cabeça e pescoço, é muito dedicada a saúde de seus pacientes, sempre com ótimas condutas baseadas nos tratamentos mais atuais, seguros e diagnósticos precisos. Como colega só tenho elogios a fazer dessa clínica e parabenizar a Dra Miriam por esse local agradável de acolhimento e tratamento humanizado para os pacientes.
Excellent place with exceptional professionals. Dr Andreia, impeccable in teaching with 2 specialties of ENT and head and neck surgery, is very dedicated to the health of her patients, always with excellent conduct based on the most current, safe and accurate diagnosis treatments. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito, uma pena que meu convênio não atende mais (Central Nacional Unimed), pois devido à pandemia ia para o terceiro ano que não fazia limpeza de ouvido, fui marcar e infelizmente não atende mais.
Mas, super indico..

I liked it a lot, it's a pity that my insurance doesn't work anymore (Central Nacional Unimed), because due to the pandemic I was going to the third year that didn't do ear cleaning, I went to make an appointment and unfortunately it doesn't answer anymore.
