★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento online é péssimo, simplesmente inviável, eu mandava bom dia a atendente me respondia com boa tarde de tão grande que era a demora. Às vezes a resposta só acontecia no dia seguinte. Não recomendo que ninguém tente o contato via whatsapp, vai se frustrar.
The online service is terrible, it is simply not viable, I would send a good morning and the attendant would reply with a good afternoon, the delay was so long. Sometimes the answer didn't happen until the next day. I don't recommend that anyone try to contact you via whatsapp, you'll get frustrated.
