â â â â â Fiz minha endoscopia nessa clĂnica hoje, confesso que fiquei assustada com os comentĂĄrios negativos que vi aqui no Google. Fui preparada para esperar e acreditando que o serviço seria bem mais ou menos (Ă© uma das Ășnicas clĂnicas que fazem esse procedimento pelo meu plano de saĂșde em Betim). Mas para minha surpresa, fui extremamente bem recepcionada, tanto pelas enfermeiras, quanto pela equipe de secretĂĄrias! AlĂ©m disso, o ambiente Ă© bastante agradĂĄvel e limpo.
Sobre a demora para ser chamada para os procedimentos, achei "ok", fui chamada uns 30 - 40 minutos depois de ter chegado, mas nesse tempo fiquei preenchendo os formulĂĄrios do exame, o que levou algum tempo.
Acredito que a clĂnica possa ter sido mal gerenciada tempos atrĂĄs e, por isso, tenha tantas reclamaçÔes. Mas a minha experiĂȘncia hoje foi Ăłtima, recomendo.
 I did my endoscopy at this clinic today, I confess that I was scared by the negative comments I saw here on Google. I was prepared to wait and believing that the service would be more or less (it is one of the only clinics that do this procedure for my health plan in Betim). But to my surprise, I was extremely well received, both by the nurses and the team of secretaries! In addition, the environment is very pleasant and clean.
About the delay to be called for the procedures, I thought "ok", I was called about 30 - 40 minutes after I arrived, but in that time I was filling out the exam forms, which took some time.
I believe that the clinic may have been poorly managed some time ago and that is why it has so many complaints. But my experience today was great, I recommend it.

â â â â â JĂĄ uso a clĂnica hĂĄ vĂĄrios anos e nunca tive problemas. O atendimento Ă© excelente, tanto das meninas na recepção quanto dos mĂ©dicos. Dr. Marcelo Ă© 10. QuestĂŁo de atraso no atendimento Ă© normal....atrasou o primeiro, todos atrasam, nĂŁo acho que isso desmereça a qualidade dos serviços. EstĂŁo de parabĂ©ns!
I have been using the clinic for several years and I have never had any problems. The service is excellent, both from the girls at the reception and from the doctors. Dr. Marcelo is 10. Delay in attendance is normal....the first one was delayed, everyone is late, I don't think this detracts from the quality of services. They are to be congratulated!

Great service, all employees (without exception) are very polite, attentive, patient and committed to the service they provide. About the environment leaves nothing to be desired, spacious, airy, and clean.

â â â â â O atendimento da recepção Ă© incrivelmente pĂ©ssimo. Larissa recepcionista nem olha na sua cara, parece um robĂŽ mau treinado que nĂŁo espera a gente nem se apresentar. Ă um robĂŽ pedindo carteirinha e identidade. PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia. Se tem medicos bons, a recepção acaba por sujar a imagem da clĂnica. Me pediram pra adiantar e chegar mais cedo e me receberam dessa forma.... Um robĂŽ mau educado e ainda falando mau dos pacientes que por ali passam. Fiquei imaginando quando eu e os demais pacientes saĂssem da clĂnica. TerrĂvel!
The reception service is incredibly bad. Larissa receptionist doesn't even look you in the face, she looks like a poorly trained robot that doesn't wait for us to even introduce ourselves. It's a robot asking for a card and an ID. Bad experience. If you have good doctors, the reception ends up dirtying the clinic's image. They asked me to go ahead and arrive earlier and received me that way.... A poorly educated robot and still talking bad about the patients who pass by. I wondered when I and the other patients left the clinic. Terrible!

Hoje foi minha endoscopia e cheguei com muito medo, insegura e suando demais.
O acolhimento na recepção foi excelente, e depois rapidamente a enfermeira me chamou, ela é extremamente atenciosa e paciente.. Me acalmou enquanto fazia o preparo em mim.
ApĂłs isso o dr. Marcelo, mĂ©dico incrĂvel, experiente e que se preocupa muito com o bem estar do paciente, me chamou me explicou o procedimento e outras enfermeiras Ăłtimas tambĂ©m acompanharam minha endoscopia .
NĂŁo vi absolutamente nada!!!Acordei me deram o lanche e estou sem dor nenhuma!! Estava com medo de ser algo doloroso e agora parece que eu nem fiz.
Indicaria para todos que pudesse,foi Ăłtimo.

Today was my endoscopy and I arrived very scared, insecure and sweating a lot.
The reception at reception was excellent, and then quickly the nurse called me, she is extremely attentive and patient. She calmed me down while she did the preparation on me.
After that Dr. Marcelo, an amazing, experienced doctor who cares a lot about the patient's well being, called me, explained the procedure and other great nurses also followed my endoscopy.
I didn't see anything at all!!! I was afraid it would be something painful and now it looks like I didn't even do it.
I would recommend it to everyone I could, it was great.
