â â â â â NĂŁo cheguei a utilizar os serviços do instituto. Todavia, tenho um filho com distĂșrbio de atenção e altos Ăndices de inteligĂȘncia. Liguei para saber informaçÔes sobre os serviços prestados pelo Instituto, fui atendida pela Aline, que se apresentou como uma das diretoras, fonoaudiĂłloga, com formação tambĂ©m em psicopedagogia. Ela foi de IMENSA colaboração. Levou comigo 11 minutos ao telefone, indagando maiores detalhes sobre as necessidades/limitaçÔes do meu filho, a partir do quĂȘ, explicou-me, com SINCERIDADE, que o Instituto, mais focado em dĂ©ficit de aprendizado, nĂŁo teria o perfil mais adequado para tratar do meu filho. Relacionou alguns outros profissionais que poderiam ajudĂĄ-lo de maneira mais adequada, forneceu contatos, e pĂŽs o Instituto disponĂvel, caso meu filho precisasse de nova avaliação neuropsicolĂłgica. Demonstrou conhecimento inequĂvoco do assunto, foi cordial e de extrema ajuda.
I did not get to use the services of the institute. However, I have a son with an attention disorder and high levels of intelligence. I called to inquire about the services provided by the Institute, I was attended by Aline, who introduced herself as one of the directors, a speech therapist, with training in psychopedagogy. She was immensely collaborative. It took me 11 minutes on the phone, asking for more details about my son's needs / limitations, from which, SINCERITY explained to me, that the Institute, more focused on learning disabilities, would not have the most appropriate profile to deal with of my son. He listed some other professionals who could help him more adequately, provided contacts, and made the Institute available if my son needed a new neuropsychological assessment. He demonstrated unequivocal knowledge of the subject, was cordial and extremely helpful.
