★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura física do instituto deixa muito a desejar: recepção pequena, com poucas cadeiras e abafada. Ainda, vale ressaltar que a localização é ótima e que com uma melhor organização tem tudo para ser um local bem avaliado e agradável.
O atendimento da Dr. Luciane é impecável e só tenho elogios: atenciosa, acolhedora, simpática e pontual. Devido ao ótimo atendimento dela ainda estou frequentando o lugar e sinto-me motivada a continuar frequentando até o final do meu tratamento.
 The physical structure of the institute leaves a lot to be desired: small reception, with few chairs and stuffy. Still, it is worth mentioning that the location is great and that, with a better organization, it has everything to be a well-regarded and pleasant place.
Dr. Luciane's service is impeccable and I can only praise her: attentive, welcoming, friendly and punctual. Due to her excellent service, I am still attending the place and I feel motivated to continue attending until the end of my treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, passei com a Nutricionista no dia 10/05/22 pois irei realizar uma cirurgia e preciso de acompanhamento antes da cirurgia e pós cirurgia. Hoje já é 01/06/22 e até agora a Nutricionista não me enviou a dieta. Já liguei na unidades mais de 5 vezes e o descaso é grande ninguém da uma reposta. Péssimo lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação a clínica em geral é que me refiro a essa avaliação pois acho que deixa muito a desejar. Ma organização, lotada em pleno a pandemia, banheiro sujo, e pra quem está buscando tranquilidade que é meu caso devido a fazer terapias é complicado, pois ja chego la agitada devido ao ambiente estressante. Em relação a Dra Luciane minha psicóloga está me ajudando bastante a compreender o que está havendo e como lidar com a minha situação atual, atenciosa, ótima profissional.
Recomendo a Dra. Luciane, mas o Instituto em si não.
In relation to the clinic in general, I refer to this assessment because I think it leaves a lot to be desired. Bad organization, crowded in full pandemic, dirty bathroom, and for those who are looking for tranquility, which is my case due to therapy, it is complicated, as I arrive there agitated due to the stressful environment. Regarding Dr Luciane, my psychologist is helping me a lot to understand what is going on and how to deal with my current situation, attentive, great professional.
I recommend Dr. Luciane, but the Institute itself does not.

E em Segundo Lugar, quero dar os parabéns à Doutora Luciene Barbosa da Área de Psicologia, porque além de ser uma excelente profissional é uma pessoa super dedicada e acima de tudo muito educada.

Mais falando da minha experiência com a psicóloga Luciane, tem sido muito bom pra mim, por ser minha primeira experiência com um psicólogo, no primeiro momento fiquei desconfortável por nunca ter passado por uma sessão, mas a psicóloga Luciane me acolheu muito bem, me fez entender que a quele momento seria muito importante pra mim. Hoje eu posso dizer que estou vendo o progresso das sessões com a psicóloga Luciane, estou me sentindo muito bem uma outra pessoa.
A psicóloga Luciane e uma ótima profissional, bem anteciosa e os seus atendimentos são no horário.

Juliana, me atende muito bem, tem muita paciência e atenção com todos, não tenho nada a reclamar, as meninas da recepção são muito gentis. Enfim estou muito contente e agradecida. In 2019 and 2020, I did physiotherapy in this unit, I was very well attended, now I am doing an acupuncture treatment. Juliana, takes care of me very well, has a lot of patience and attention with everyone, I have nothing to complain about, the girls at the reception are very kind. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Psicoterapia marcada pra as 14 hrs, cheguei era 14:58, agora são 15:05 e nada de me chamar. Lugar cheio, calor aqui dentro. Já tinha assinado no primeiro dia a guia de autorização para 4 sessões e fizeram eu assinar novamente sem explicação. Não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As fisioterapeutas não te dão atenção deixa você um tempão com o aparelho mesmo tendo acabado a sessão, o lugar não tem lugar pra colocar a bolsa fica tudo no chão, as fisioterapeutas ficam lixando a unha batendo papo nas salas do lado sem ética nenhuma. Resumindo me senti péssima até chorei no primeiro dia, já não basta estar com dor ainda não me senti acolhida.
The physical therapists don't pay attention to you, they leave you with the device for a long time even after the session is over, the place has no place to put the bag, everything is on the floor, the physical therapists are filing their nails chatting in the rooms next door without any ethics. In short, I felt terrible until I cried on the first day, it's not enough to be in pain, I still didn't feel welcomed.
