★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissionalismo e descaso com paciente! Secretária marcou 2 pacientes no mesmo horário, mesmo dias antes eu ter confirmado por WhattsApp dia e horário da consulta.
Chegando na data e hora da consulta a fonoaudióloga e a secretária, na minha frente, olhavam para a agenda, controlada numa folha de papel ,e ficaram mudas sem saber como resolver ao perceber o erro.
Em seguida a fonoaudióloga se retira de cena e o atendimento do erro da equipe segue com a sugestão, pela secretária, de que eu aguarde ser atendido no horário seguinte ao da outra paciente que chegou junto comigo. Se pretende ser tratado como se você cliente seja respeitado, definitivamente não vá a esse espaço.
