É difícil conseguir falar com alguém pelo telefone 103 15. Pelo aplicativo o agendamento de reparo é longo (as duas vezes esperei uma semana para resolver).
Nesta última vez, consegui falar duas vezes no telefone. Nas duas vezes as atendentes falaram que conseguiram antecipar o agendamento do reparo, mas em nenhuma das vezes foi alguém na minha casa.
Não recomendo. Estou estudando a troca de empresa de internet.
Second time in a year I have an external internet problem.
It is difficult to be able to speak to someone on the phone 103 15. The repair schedule is long through the application (both times I waited a week to resolve).
This last time, I managed to speak twice on the phone. Both times the attendants said that they were able to anticipate the repair schedule, but none of the times it was someone in my house.

Solicitei a internet para dois pontos, cadastrei meu e-mail e os boletos para pagamento não chegavam até que eu ligasse incessantemente para a vendedora a qual consta o número nessa pesquisa. Ainda tive problemas com os valores de multa aplicada no cancelamento, as quais não foram condizentes com o produto vendido, tentei ir até mesmo na loja física para esclarecer os valores ficaram de me retornar e não houve retorno.
Péssimo atendimento, NÃO RECOMENDO!
