★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim trocar peças e não fui atendida a contento. Percebi que não tinham dado brinde e a vendedora desconfiou e não queria me dar. Tive que fotografar a propaganda e ameaçar reclamação pública como estou fazendo. O meu cadastro também tinha sido perdido e ela se embananou na cobrança da diferença é a mesma teve que refazer tudo no sistema e demorou mais do que o ideal. Pena, pois a primeira vendedora tinha sido bem simpática e gentil e creio que somente se esqueceu do brindo porque a loja estava lotada na primeira experiência de compra lá.

As peças parecem ser costuradas no corpo da gente. Caimento perfeito, rendas, microfibra, acabamento... e as peças exclusivas são um luxo e um excelente presente para a mulher mais exigente. Dificilmente se troca um produto porque a escolha é feita sem pressa e com toda presteza e gentileza da atendente. A gerente da loja é muito atenciosa e interessada na necessidade das clientes, conhece muito bem os produtos e se importa em oferecer soluções para que a cliente fique satisfeita. Se você voltar lá é pra comprar mais.
