★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores super atenciosos, sempre tentam vender o mais caro, pois ganham por comissão, comprei um patins muito bom, na loja o vendedor já deu uma aula de como patinar para mim e para meu namorado que foi me acompanhar, eu já sabia andar e ele aprendeu na hora! Os preços são bem salgados, mas são em qualquer lugar, mas ganhei uma camiseta de brinde, que é bonita e confortável, a qualidade de todos os produtos é inegável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha família fomos atendidos pelo Henrique. Muito gentil, chegou até a ensinar os primeiros passos pra minha irmã na loja. Ele foi um ótimo vendedor, adquirimos o patins e todo o equipamento de proteção e sentimos confiança e credibilidade. Os patins adquiridos lá tem manutenção e limpeza vitalícia pela loja. Porém, só não dou 05 estrelas pela constante insistência em tentar vender outros produtos, nítido em todos os funcionários da loja. Tentam fazer você consumir o máximo possível, do patins mais caro à mochila. Quando você diz não, ainda sim pedem para que você ao menos prove, simule os valores e etc. É bastante insistência! Deveriam rever essa forma de venda, pois ninguém gosta de ser induzido a comprar o que não precisa no momento. Isso foi um ponto negativo que pesou demais, ao ponto de constranger o cliente. Mesmo assim, esse fator não anulou a qualidade da venda que foi boa.

He was a great salesman, we purchased the skates and all the protective gear and felt confident and credible. The skates purchased there are maintained and cleaned for life by the store. However, I just don't give 05 stars for the constant insistence on trying to sell other products, which is clear in all store employees. They try to make you consume as much as possible, from the most expensive skates to the backpack. When you say no, they still ask you to at least prove it, simulate the values and so on. It's quite insistent! They should review this form of sale, as no one likes to be tricked into buying what they don't need right now. This was a negative point that weighed too much, to the point of embarrassing the customer. Even so, this factor did not cancel out the quality of the sale, which was good.
