Porém dias atrás liguei para saber se tinham um certo estilo de flor, passei as informações sobre tamanho e luminosidade, dentre outras. Se tivesse o que eu queria iria buscar, porém a moça que atendeu o telefone foi extremamente grosseira e me disse que a venda é presencial. Em tempos de pandemia não dá para sair visitando lojas. Se destaca quem utiliza das mídias sociais para divulgar seus produtos e principalmente quem conquista o cliente com educação e bom atendimento.
I always bought flowers there. There is a super attentive guy who does face-to-face service. But days ago I called to find out if they had a certain style of flower, I gave them information about size and brightness, among others. If I had what I wanted, I would get it, but the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me that the sale is in person. In times of a pandemic, you can't go out and visit stores. It stands out who uses social media to promote their products and especially who wins the customer with education and good service.
